Villa Chianca

Villa Chianca boasts a total of four bedrooms to accommodate up to eight guests. Two master bedrooms are located on a mezzanine floor. Equipped with a double bed each, these two bedrooms share a bathroom with sink and shower. Take the staircase to the lower floor where you will find the two last guest rooms, also fitted with a double bed each. On this floor, there’s a private shower so you don’t have to wait for your turn to freshen up at the end of the day.

Thanks to the four generously-sized closets, you will benefit from ample space to stow your belongings during your holiday in Italy.

The villa’s impressive 16,000 square meters wrap seamlessly around a bi-level cascade infinity pool that stretches out towards the azure ocean. After spending a fun day soaking up every second of your holiday in Italy, jump into the pool and enjoy a refreshing swim or stand under one of the cascades and allow the gushing water to soothe your sore muscles.

When you need a break from the sun, you can always stretch out under one of the many outdoor canopies and drift off into a soothing after-lunch siesta while listening to the soft chirping of the birds mingle with the waves from the nearby ocean. At night, head over to the roof where you will find stone seats and an expansive relaxation area, ideal for snuggling with your loved one while star gazing. Thanks to the two outdoor showers, you can freshen up after your swim or just wind down under the water after having worked on your tan.

Start your day off right in the morning by enjoying a hearty meal at one of the two breakfast nooks, aptly positioned so you can soak up plenty of that Mediterranean sunlight. With expansive open spaces and sliding glass doors, Villa Chianca boasts a modern and airy interior, complete with a living room punctuated by oversized windows. This space gives way into a dining room overlooking the garden. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with a variety of crockery and utensils, cutlery, as well as the various appliances that you can use to cook your own meals on those nights when you don’t feel like going out.

Villa Chianca boasts no less than 10 uncovered car parking right on location. This pet-friendly villa offers weekly cleaning services as well as regular sheet changes, so you don’t need to worry yourself with those tedious house chores.
