Villa Concordia Ugento has four double bedrooms, of which two have ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is ideal for young people and has two single beds and an adjacent full bathroom, while the living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two guests. The entire villa can sleep 12 guests and has four bathrooms altogether. All the bedrooms are on the same ground, with air conditioning wardrobes, mirrors and a few decors on the walls. The bathrooms have quality and stunning finishing with bidets and hairdryers.

Start your day by enjoying an outdoor breakfast on a covered terrace while having a stunning swimming pool and greenery surrounding views. Take some strokes in the pool as you compete with your loved ones before relaxing on a daybed to enjoy the great weather of Torre San Giovanni. Within this compound, there is also a net swing in case you want more fun under the sun. Another furnished terrace is available where families can relax as they bond more or while planning their day. The garden is well kept with some plants offering shade whenever you get enough of the sun's rays. The accommodation has an outdoor shower for pool users.

Villa Concordia Ugento has a warm and welcoming living room, ideal for relaxing in the evening after strolling along the beach the entire day. It features a comfortable sofa bed hence, acts as a sleeping room too. The lounge has a TV, fireplace, and wall decor. It has direct access to the terrace and the pool through the double glass door. The door also allows plenty of sun rays inside making the entire space very bright. Next to the living room is a small dining area with quality furniture and a kitchen with all you need to cook a great meal.
