Interesting to note is that there is anarchitectural firm that shares the villa’s parking area, and all around, it is surrounded by lush greenery dotted with pretty flowers, while the interiors feature a contemporary layout and design accentuated by the choice of tasteful furniture with clean lines and spick-and-span vibes.
With 4 double bedrooms for Villa del Carmine, they can fit 8 guests, while there are 3 sofa beds to accommodate 3 more pax that make it 11 in total. Rooms are modern and minimalist in decor, and feature solid and wide sliding glass doors that let in an abundance of natural sunlight, enhancing the brightness of these restful spaces.
Check out the horizontally-long swimming pool with solarium framed by the perimeters of a wooden platform and lined by a row of sunbeds. The thriving and lush garden is an oasis of rejuvenation and relaxation as well as a calming spot for tired eyes. The unique element of this villa also lies in its outbuilding in a renovated rural house and the shared parking space of an architectural firm that resides here. Upstairs is a balcony terrace fitted with outdoor furniture for guests to simply savor the lovely countryside views.
High quality and modern furnishings define the indoors while also interspersed with wooden storage cabinets and some furniture pieces. Moving across from the living hall, guests will find the fully-equipped kitchen area with a lovely spot as the dining space. The dependence unit is located on the first floor and is accessible via an internal staircase.

Villa del Carmine is located within walking distance to the beaches of Baia Verde in Gallipoli that hosts a range of establishments and beach bars, as well as the lovely old town center. It is also built adjacent to what was formerly a Renaissance church dedicated to Madonna del Carmine that is designed with Baroque elements before being converted to the architectural firm seen today with dry-stone walls.
