Stretching across 170 m², Villa Diamante offers a total of four bedrooms. A manzamine level on the ground floor leads you to two double bedrooms, both of which share a spacious bathroom with shower. In the basement, guests will find two double bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, and a second separate bathroom.

In the living room, there’s also a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate your extra friends or relatives.

In the inner garden of the villa, you will find a private bath leading directly the Mediterranean ocean. Outside, you will also find two laundry areas as well as three outdoor showers with hot water- perfect for washing off the sand and seawater. The garden provides plenty of space where you can safely stow your nautical equipment such as inflatables, canoes, and the likes.

A spacious terrace opens directly towards the beach, allowing you to soak up the awe-inspiring views while enjoying an Al Fresco meal in the company of your loved ones. Barbecue facilities are available, should you wish to sink your toes into the sand while grilling up a feast before dancing the night away, right by the ocean’s edge.

Having embraced the live-in, live-out concept to the fullest, Villa Diamante is designed in such a way so as to provide mesmerizing sea views from nearly every corner. The living room is decked out in classic Mediterranean fashion, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows so you can watch the waves caress the shores right from the comfort of your sofa. This space opens directly into a glass-walled kitchen, fully-outfitted with various appliances, utensils, crockery, and everything else that you may need to prepare your meals.

In the basement, you will find a second kitchen and living room, ideal for families who wish to stay independently from each other.

Villa Diamante can comfortably accommodate your small pets as well. Upon request and for an extra fee, it is possible to book weekly linens and towel changing services. A final cleaning service is provided, free of charge. Rest assured that free WiFi, as well as on-site parking, are both available on the property.
