Villa Loran

Villa Loran offers five bedrooms to comfortably sleep between ten to twelve guests. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and come with their own en-suite bathrooms, perfect for winding down in peace and quiet at the end of the day. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main building while the fifth room is located in the guesthouse. The bedrooms offer a total of ten beds and two sofa beds. Ample closet space is available so you can safely stow your valuables during your holiday in Italy.

The garden is harmoniously structured in such a way so as to inspire a profound sense of well-being and tranquility that radiates throughout Villa Loran. The multiple terraces are beautifully decked out with hedges and stone walls, providing ample privacy. The recently-built swimming pool spans across 80 square meters and is perfect for cooling down after a long day of sight-seeing.

Best of all, there’s even a spacious outdoor kitchen carved out of natural stone. In this space, guests will find just about everything they need to put together a homemade meal, including a freezer, fridge, generously-sized counter, sink, and even a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen additionally comes with a Weber Genesis II gas grill, as ell as a charcoal and wood-burning one, providing endless possibilities for your meal.

As the day comes to a close, relax on the terrace from where you can soak up delightful views of the Parabita skyline, complete with chimneys and bell towers. There’s even a designated barbecue area and wooden gazebo, perfect for Al-Fresco dinners with your loved ones.

The interior of Villa Loran is just as lush, with an airy interior, complete with high-end designer furnishing. Relax in the living room while sipping on a cold drink as you catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen television. The interior of Villa Loran is enhanced by quintessential Italian touches, including a majestic staircase with iron railings, as well as Arpicena and Trani stone flooring.

Thanks to free WiFi, you will be able to stay in touch with your family back home while updating your social media whenever you want. Upon request and for an extra fee, you can also book extra services such as late check in and regular bed linen changes. Occasional cleaning services are also offered.
