Nestled in the heart of Itria Valley is a gorgeous holiday home, Villa Marchesini that can accommodate up to 18 people comfortably. This accommodation is perfect for a large group of friends or families holidaying together in Puglia, Ostuni. Several smaller units make up the entire Villa Marchesini complex, offering a total of 8 beautiful bedrooms, providing privacy. In addition to these bedrooms, guests can access ample relaxation spaces both internally and externally for some fun time together. Upon request, guests can bring along their pets.
There are a total of 8 lavishly designed bedrooms across 5 smaller units. The main house, Prima Casetta contains 2 double bedrooms (sleeps 4) and 2 bathrooms, of which one is an en-suite. The warm and cozy rooms have super plush large double beds, a huge wardrobe and a chest of drawers(to store belongings) while the bathrooms are beautifully fitted with high quality fixtures, shower, premium toiletries and vanities for guest's convenience.
Second Casetta also sleeps 4 with its 2 double bedrooms, one of which with separable beds. The master room is generous with a super large soft and comfortable bed, chest of drawers, a big wardrobe, dressing table, large windows and private access to the outdoor space via a small cute door. It has a nice bathroom with shower, high end fixtures, vanities and toiletries at your disposal.
The third bedroom housed in Primo Trullo is made up of a lovely small double room and a bedroom with a single and a half bed, suitable for 3 people. It is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, separated from the rooms by a curtain.
The Second Trullo, which can sleep 2 has a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Finally, the last building, La Lamia consists of 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower on the ground floor while on the mezzanine floor is a small delightful double room, with a total of 4+1 beds.
The home is surrounded by olive trees and its outdoor space is huge. Admire the many plants in the awesome well-manicured English garden while the well-pruned lawn is great for a picnic. Dive into the large inviting pool for a swim. Relax at the solarium which is furnished with deck chairs. A gazebo by the pool that is shaded by clear and flowing curtains makes an exceptional alfresco dining spot. There is a full kitchen outside where you can cook up a storm. You can also prepare tantalising grilled meats on the barbecue.
Its common indoor area is in the main house (Primo Casseta) is characterised by its large living space with plush comfortable sofas which is great for relaxing and chilling out. There is a large TV for entertainment. Within the vast space is also the lovely dining area to have meals together and a well-equipped kitchenette for simple meals or snacks.
The home’s professional staff is always on hand to ensure you are well taken care of during your stay. Services included in the price are towels, bed linens, final cleaning, electricity consumption, additional bed, while all other services such as early check out, insurance (for trip cancellation, medical expenses, luggage damage or injuries), mid week cleaning, late arrival, specific cleaning for pets, travel assistanceall chargeable when requested.
Surrounding Villa Marchesini are many things to do and see. It is about 7 kilometers from the centre of Ostuni where you can find many shops, restaurants and services, as well as beautiful historical spots. The beautiful Adriatic beach is nearby with the closest beach being Torre Santa Sabina which is about 15 km. The lovely town of Villanova is of the same distance while the marine protected area of Torre Guaceto is 20km away.
