Villa Maria Clara

Villa Maria Clara boasts a total of five bedrooms. Four of these rooms have a double bed each, while the last double room also has a queen size bed. If you want to have any extra guests over or if the kids want to have their own space, the villa also two sofa bed as well as two camp beds. Thanks to the four bathrooms, you can be sure that you won’t need to await your turn to use the shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and one of the bathroom also comes with a jacuzzi.

Outside, guests will find two more showers. The upper floor is enhanced by a generously-sized terrace with mesmerizing views of the azure ocean glistening in the distance. This is easily accessible through an independent exterior staircase. If you wish to sit down to an Al-Fresco meal, you will find an exterior marble dining table as well as a stone oven and barbecue facilities: virtually everything you need for a fun evening with friends and family.

In fact, the air-conditioned basement even has an in-house gym, perfect for guests who would like to keep up with their fitness regimen during their holiday in Italy. The basement also has a play area with an Italian billiard table so the whole family can spend a fun evening indoors after exploring the area.

The kitchen is perfectly fitted with all the utensils, crockery sets, and various appliances that you will need to prepare your own meals. There’s even a living area as well as a dining room that can seat up to twelve guests. Villa Maria Clara also comes with a studio that can easily be converted into an additional bedroom, should the need for it ever arise.
