Villa Minni combines an effortless and colourful contemporary design with a rustic beach house aesthetic. This charming villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate six guests. It is located in the beautiful southern region of Puglia; olive trees and exotic Mediterranean foliage surround the property. The estate itself consists of a modern villa and a traditional 19th-century trullo. The villa has a large swimming pool, pergola, BBQ, parking and is only a five-minute walk from the beach.
Each of the three double bedrooms at Villa Minni is relaxed with earth tones such as eggshell blues, nudes, Forest greens and sandy browns. The bedroom in the trullo has beautiful sandy coloured walls with dappled light due to the elegant glow of a Morrocan style light. Each of the three charming bedrooms has a plush double bed with windows to let the soft Mediterranean summer breeze drift through these windows also showcase the lush foliage of the fairy tale garden of Villa Minni.
The outdoor terrace is adorned with plenty of potted plants, lawn, trees and herbs, creating your very own fairy garden. There is a stone-walled pool terrace with outdoor seating. The private swimming pool is large with an outside shower and surrounded by multiple sun loungers. A great perk of the villa is the vine-draped pergola with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and alfresco dining area. The villa offers parking. There are some neighbours.
The villa is filled with natural light and feels very bright due to the shabby chic beach house furnishings. The kitchen is fitted and fully equipped with a hob, microwave, wood fire oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The dining area has a wooden table with seating and a beautiful green centrepiece on the opposite draw set. There is also an open plan living/ dining room with sofas and doors to the outside. The villa provides its guests with wifi, AC, two TV's, CD/DVD player, hairdryer, safe, iron, cot, high chair and mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning, fresh bed linens and full disinfection to adhere to Covid standards. The estate can provide its guests with a range of extra features such as a welcome basket and extra-cost features such as babysitting, pre-fridge stocking, maid service, airport transfers and much more.
The villa is located in the beautiful countryside of Puglia, on Italy's south coast. Villa Minni is close to the seaside village of Librari. It offers a range of activities inland such as hiking, horse riding, shopping, wine tasting, and historical site seeing and at sea adventures such as boat trips, snorkelling, swimming and days at the seaside trying the local food and wines. For a wider choice of amenities, drive around 15 minutes north to the town of Torricella (7km). There's a post office, plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
