A true retreat in the stunning lovely Alberobello, Puglia and built in traditional Trulli style, beautifully and carefully renovated. Villa Paringa is the absolute perfect base to explore the beautiful region of Puglia. With three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 10 guests, the charming property is situated in the perfect location for both absolute relaxation and exploring this historic area of Italy.
The villa overlooks the glorious gardens and the rolling countryside beyond the villa. Villa Paringa is a group of Trulli (charming buildings) with conical roofs, built around the Trullo, the main building. It is a fairy tale villa and a delight to explore.
Villa Paringa boasts three simple and charming bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with underfloor heating and coolingare perfect whatever the weather. There is one double bedroom and two triple rooms, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests.. The pretty bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and are very charmingly decorated. Guests will definitely be enchanted sleeping in a Trulli.
Villa Paringa has 3 lovely bathrooms; one is ensuite to a triple bedroom the other two adjacent to the bedrooms, and all delightful with high end features in a rustic setting. Of course fluffy towels are supplied and professional hair dryers and straighteners.
The villa's access to the terrace area is conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen. The terrace boasts a barbeque, spacious dining table and lounge area and enjoys views out across the stunning countryside and the picturesque gardens. The huge swimming pool 80mt2 is stunning, well equipped with sun loungers, overlooking the olive groves.
The villa also provides table tennis for those feeling energetic! On site parking is available.
The rustic and stylish lounge areas of Villa Paringa areas are simply delightful, bright and very comfortable. With ample plush seating including a double sofa bed and dining space, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. There is a lovely mix of antique pieces of furniture and modern amenities such as Wifi, satellite TV and Bluetooth speaker for guests enjoyment. There is also a sitting room with lovely décor; a nice spot to have some quiet time in front of the gorgeous antique fireplace.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchenette, well-appointed with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and utensils; all guests could possibly need to prepare delicious meals for a night in.
Villa Paringa has a video surveillance system and perimeter alarm for guests' security.
Cots and high chairs are available for the little ones. Final cleaning is included, however the villa must be left in a clean condition. Upon check in and check out the villa is completely cleaned for our guests comfort.
Villa Parninga is conveniently situated 6.5kms from the medieval town of Castellano Grotte and is truly a rural retreat. The trip into the town is delightful with beautiful scenery along the way. Once there the town has restaurants, shops and supermarkets, perfect for meals out or shopping for a gourmet lunch in your villa. The old town centre is a delight with churches and castles to explore with winding lanes to discover wonderful artisanal products in the small shops.
The main attraction in this charming town is the Grotte di Castellana, the largest cave system in Italy and is full of spectacular geological formations that shimmer in a rainbow of colour. The huge La Grave cavern connects the outside to the caves and lets the sunlight shine through, creating a stunning array of colour as the sun passes through. A breathtaking sight to behold. For those guests wishing to discover the beaches along the Bari or Apulian coastline, a day trip is a wonderful idea with seemingly never ending beaches, crystal seas and feasts of local seafood.
