The villa has multiple areas covered and uncovered with sofas, deck chairs, coffee tables etc. to sit and enjoy the nature views. The villa has a heated swimming pool. It has multiple sun loungers around it, a pool house and umbrellas. There is an outdoor dining table with seats for fourteen guests and a BBQ perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a raised garden, pool house, bocce ball court, and a foosball table.
The villa is stylish with modern features, and design-forward touches. There are two living rooms. One has comfortable sofas, armchairs, Hi-fi stereo and a fireplace. The second has sofas, Hi-fi stereo, and a video project. The dining room seats eight guests. There is another larger dining table as well that seats six. The kitchen is professional and beautiful with all the appliances you may need a dishwasher etc. It also has a breakfast bar. The villa has a laundry room. There are central heating and AC. The villa has a TV room, a sauna and a steam room, an alarm system and it is suitable for children.
The villa provides the cleaning and a dedicated Tailor to organise your tailor-made holiday. You can ask your Tailor for additional services at any moment, among our services, transportation, a sports coach, a personal chef, a babysitter and many others.
The villa is located in Ramatuelle, within driving distance from Plage de Pampelonne, a stunning beach to the south-east of Saint Tropez. The shops are within driving distance. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance such as “Tiki club” and “Cap 21 Les Murenes”. The golf course is within driving distance.
