Villa Hanoi is a contemporary seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa located at Ramatuelle between Cap Camarat and Cap Bonne Terrasse. The villa’s interior is full of clean, sleek lines. This villa has many excellent amenities to provide you with a fantastic holiday experience such as a large swimming pool, sea view, a helipad, home theatre, raised garden, outdoor bar, ping pong table and plenty of places to relax and unwind. The villa consists of the main house and the adjoining house.
The villa has seven bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, is 26m2 and located in the main house. Bathroom one has a single sink, walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Bedroom two has a double bed, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, is 25m2 and located in the main house. The bathroom for bedroom two has a single sink, bathtub and a separate toilet. Bedroom three has a double bed, a sea view, a TV, nature view, terrace, is 30m2 and located in the main house. Bathroom three has a single sink, bathtub and separate toilet. Bedroom four has two bunk beds, one single bed, sea view, TV, 26m2, and is located in the main house. This bedroom can be used as a children’s bedroom. The bathroom for bedroom four has a single sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet. Bedroom five is the master suite. It includes a bedroom and living area, a double bed, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, 35m2 and is located in the main house. The master bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Bedroom six has a double bed, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, 35m2, and is located in the adjoining house. The bathroom has a double sink, walking in the shower and a separate toilet. Bedroom seven has a double bed, sea view, TV, and is located in the main house. The bathroom has a single sink, bathtub and toilet. There is also a guest bathroom.
The villa has a unique outdoor space with large pool, helipad, outdoor bar, raised garden, home theatre, ping pong table, multiple terrace areas for relaxing, an outdoor dining table that seats fourteen and BBQ perfect for alfresco dining and other covered and non covered terrace areas. The driveway is lined with olive trees and cypresses. The villa is not suitable for the disabled.
Inside the villa are floor-to-ceiling windows and cool white walls that ensure the elegant contemporary design scheme takes centre stage. Designer furniture, poppy colours and neon lighting bring an added, trendy twist. The living room has a Hi-fi stereo and is 40m2. The dining room seats twelve and is 30m2. The kitchen is open plan and has everything you could need along with a bar. The kitchen is 30m2. The villa has heated floors, central AC, and WiFi. The villa has a laundry room.
The villa provides a butler, cleaning 6x per week, a chef, and a dedicated Tailor to organise your tailor-made holiday. You can ask your Tailor for additional services at any moment. Among our services are transportation, a sports coach, a personal chef, a babysitter and many others. The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
At Ramatuelle, between Cap Camarat and Cap Bonne Terrasse, Pampelonne beach is a seemingly endless stretch of white sands and colourful deck chairs overlooking the crystalline waters of the Mediterranean. The great and good of Saint Tropez flock to Ramatuelle’s legendary beach clubs, including the famous Club 55. Barely 5 minutes away, the grand white gates of Villa Hanoi open to reveal a driveway lined with olive trees and cypresses. The villa is just a short stroll from the exclusive Nikki Beach Club, accessible via its private road. You can also head up to Tahiti Beach for a mojito on the sand, looking out to sea from the colourful terrace of Moorea.
