Three bedrooms in the house can sleep seven guests. Bedroom 1, which is the largest, is the master suite. It has a queen bed and a 28-inch television. An extra foldable bed can be added if required. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. It opens to a balcony that offers a street view. There is a small seating area here for your morning cup of coffee or evening drink. Bedroom 3 can sleep three guests, in double and single beds. They are all on the fourth floor of the house. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have heating.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions nearby. Take a taxi or public transport to reach the monuments of Rome. You will find a café around the corner for your breakfast. Blue-line parking places are available all around the apartment. The apartment entrance is only 5 meters from the nearest parking space. From there, you have to climb seven stairs to reach the elevator.

The inside is in modern style with white walls in the common areas. Original crystal chandeliers, photos with antique frames, and designer lampshades decorate the spaces. You will reach the spacious living and dining space on entering the apartment. The living area has a 40-inch smart television so you can stay entertained when you decide to remain indoors. The dining table can seat six guests. The kitchenette has four gas burners, a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The entire apartment is air-conditioned.

Your convenience and comfort are always a priority at Mercato Apartment, which is why a housekeeper will come in the morning for two hours on Wednesday and Saturday. The cost of electricity and gas is also included with your stay in this luxury property. However, there is Daily Tourist Tax that is charged by all Italian municipalities. The apartment owner does not allow pets.
