A typical Pollensan home, Villa Salve is a short distance from the old town of Pollensa with its many trendy restaurants, cafes and beautiful main square, and a little further by car to the amazing beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Set within a well-kept mature garden, it enjoys excellent views of the countryside and nearby Puig de Maria, a small hill with an old monastery on its peak. This lovely home mixes both elegance and splendor while still maintaining the charm of the countryside in its themes. It is made up of 3 air-conditioned spacious double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, well-kept garden, large private pool, multiple terraces, barbecue area, jacuzzi, open living and dining spaces, fully-equipped kitchen and many more, to host up to 6 adults comfortably.
This property contained three elegantly designed bedrooms with air-conditioning to encourage blissful rest. All three rooms exude the minimalist touch and a relaxing ambience. Bedroom one comes with a super plush king bed, dressing set and rocking chair in the corner for some private time. Large 2-panel windows on both sides of the room, offers a panoramic view of vast outdoor space and beyond. Its spacious ensuite bathroom has modern fixtures, premium toiletries, vanities and a bathtub where you can enjoy a long relaxing soak.
Bedroom two has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for the secure storage of your belongings. As for bedroom three it has two twin beds, ideal for older kids. Aside from the usual fittings and fixtures, the bathrooms come with a relaxing shower.
Outside, there is a lovely well-kept garden perfect for families with children to enjoy playing games, or just have a splashing time in the amazing swimming pool surrounded by a pergola, sunbeds and parasol. There is also an outdoor heated Jacuzzi, whereby supplementary payment is required for use. Prepare an amazing feast at the built-in barbecue and dine at the shade by the pool, while enjoying the beautiful vistas. There is also a shaded area with a ping-pong table for those who enjoy the game. For your convenience and comfort, a toilet is available nearby.
Inside is a tasteful mix of traditional and modern. The clean lines, beamed ceilings, quarry tiles, rustic and subtle colours create a light and relaxing interior. As you step inside, you will find a huge living room with plush L-shaped sofa where you can lay on and even take a nap on, while the large satellite TV and DVD player keeps you entertained at night. The large window opens up to fresh crisp air and scenic views.
An archway leads into the cozy dining room whereby a table for six is ready for meals, while the large 2 panel glass door provides quick access into the covered terrace and outdoor space.
Further on is the large modern kitchen that has a four seater breakfast table, comfy chairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutleries and cooking utensils, making meals preparation fun and easy.
There are more seating areas in the covered terrace. Enjoy a lazy brunch or alfresco dining. After that chill out over drinks on the comfy rattan settee towards the end of the terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding.
Our experienced and friendly staff strive to fulfill all your needs while staying with us. Mid-stay and final cleaning is provided by our efficient housekeepers who will also change the linens once a week. For those driving, an open-air parking space is provided. Parents with young kids or toddlers can get access to baby chairs/high chairs and cribs/cots. All other services such as extra cleaning, laundry, ironing, transfer, tours, just to name a few, can be requested and arranged with additional cost.
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding of Villa Salve, like walking down the cobbled streets of Pollensa, that reveals some interesting small shops and boutiques that sell local crafts, jewellery and other interesting goods, Pont Roma which is a Roman bridge that is still in use, Church of Monti Sion, the 365 steps leading to El Calvari, from where you will get a magnificent view of the area surrounding Pollensa, Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains, you can also take a ride on the vintage electric train through the mountains from Palma to Soller, and not forgetting the many restaurants and cafes that offer a variety of Mallorcan dishes and delicacies.
