This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet and secluded area of Petit Cul de Sac, with ample privacy. The house offers a great amount of charm, as well as simplicity and effortlessness, all within a few minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and boasts breathtaking views over the bay.
The villa is spacious and, as the name says, has 360-degree views over the bay and pond. You will feel at home with its spacious living areas and open-plan design. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with access to the shaded terraces and swimming pool overlooking the sea.
Villa 360° is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa accommodating up to 8 guests with ample privacy. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed, an ensuite and a dressing room that offers a stunning view of the tropical landscape. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are in a separate bungalow for added privacy, but can be connected; they share one bathroom. The fourth bedroom has it's own kitchenette and ensuite.
The open-plan pool terrace is the ideal spot to relax with a refreshing drink or simply admire the breathtaking views of St Bart’s bay. The turquoise heated pool is surrounded by a lovely wooden terrace with sun loungers on one side and a set of cosy seats on another. There is also a barbecue available for you to use during your stay. The partially covered terrace offers additional space for outdoor dining in the front of this holiday home. You can enjoy breakfast here or simply enjoy some time out after a day at the beach.
The interior of this villa is defined by its simplicity and effortlessness. The graceful, simple style is marked by a cool, neutral palette and uncluttered lines. A small aquarium runs along one wall in the living room, complimented by the spectacular sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen has a well-equipped island counter with seating for four at the centre. A large dining table sits in front of French doors that lead to a huge outdoor terrace with more seating around another large dining room table.

Besides providing modern amenities including WiFi access and air conditioning throughout, Villa 360° friendly staff are also on hand to help you get the most out of your holiday. They can assist with booking excursions and activities, provide recommendations on where to go or eat, and even organise a chef to cook meals in your private kitchen.
The house is located in Petit Cul de Sac, which is a small beachside town with numerous shops and restaurants. The closest beach is about 16 minutes walk or a 5-minute drive and offers sandy beaches, clear water and beautiful views. Villa 360° is located on a hillside that overlooks the ocean and has stunning views of the sunset. There are also some great hiking trails nearby if you want to take advantage of the island's natural beauty.
