Villa Coco Rock is a gorgeous 6-bedroom villa that is situated in the quiet part of the island, allowing guests complete privacy and relaxation throughout their holiday in St. Barts. This recently built villa offers a truly unique St. Barth experience with modern architecture and views over the turquoise waters of Petit Cul de Sac lagoon. The details are what make this property special: wake up to the sounds of peacocks and parrots on the hillside below, relax on a chaise by the pool, and sip an aperitif in the terrace's outdoor living area.
On the parking level, the master bedroom is located in a separate bungalow. The master bedroom has an outdoor shower and a private terrace with views of the ocean.
A third apartment with a terrace and two guest bedrooms, each with an outdoor shower, is located on the opposite side of the parking area. The top-floor unit has an outdoor kitchen, a big terrace, and 3 more guest bedrooms. While the final bedroom has an indoor shower, the other two have outdoor showers. There is a queen-size bed and American satellite TV in each of the 6 bedrooms.
The outdoor area is breathtaking, surrounded by nothing but greenery, a large garden, and stunning panoramic views of the sea. The villa has an outdoor bar, a BBQ, an alfresco dining table, an outdoor jacuzzi, an infinity swimming pool, a small swimming pool, a pool shower, a private entrance to a shared beach, deck chairs, sun loungers, a raised garden, and a Mediterranean-style garden. Windsurfing/kitesurfing equipment is also available at the villa. The Vilas has beautifully kept gardens that are a pleasure to be in.
In order to provide guests with privacy and space, the designer 6-bedroom villa is made up of several buildings that are dispersed throughout the remote hillside location. A wonderful addition for groups looking for a central meeting place while still having their own private retreat.
In a separate bungalow surrounded by tropical landscaping, the master bedroom suite is located on the lowest level, along with the parking area. The main living area of the villa, complete with its lovely pool, outdoor space, and open-concept living and kitchen area, is just a few steps up. The terrace has a covered outdoor dining area with a large table that can seat up to 16 people. Impressive views also extend over Petit Cul de Sac, creating a special meeting place that is ideal for hosting events in either a lively or calm setting.
The villa offers daily cleaning for six days a week as well as a dedicated staff to ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay at Villa Coco Rock. WiFi and a sound system with both indoor and outdoor speakers are also included in the house. Extra services such as car rental, private chef, a babysitter, and other services are available through our concierge service.

You can unwind at what seems to be your own private beach at Petit Cul de Sac Beach. To fully enjoy the calm waters, bring snorkeling equipment. If they're lucky, visitors to this marine reserve might even see turtles relaxing in the bay. Despite the mostly rocky shore, there are a few sandy gaps that are accessible for swimming. Bring snacks and drinks with you since there are few to limited restaurants near this beach.
