Air conditioning and rain head showers are found in each of the three bedrooms' private bathrooms. Beautiful ocean views, queen beds, and access to the sundeck are all features of two bedrooms. The third bedroom, which is the main suite of the house, is located on the lower level and provides a Euro King-size bed as well as access to a separate terrace. With advance notice, this bed can be converted into two twins.

A heated infinity swimming pool with steps is also available on the sundeck area. The sundeck, which is bordered by the pool and furniture for lounging, spans the back of the villa. Beautiful azure Caribbean sea views and simple access to most of the villa are enjoyed from the deck. Even a gas BBQ is available so visitors can cook outside while taking in the scenery.

Offering an open-concept plan, Villa Nita’s living room, kitchen, and all three bedrooms have sliding glass doors that let in the island breeze and sunshine. Guests can watch their favorite shows for as long as they like in the living area thanks to the villa’s fantastic entertainment system; Apple TV, HDTV, Blu-ray player, Canal Sat, Bose Sound System, and Dish Network. A powder room is also available in the living space. With splashes of red unifying all three spaces into a single functional space, it melds seamlessly with the dining room and modern kitchen. High-end appliances such as an espresso and cappuccino maker, oven, microwave, grill, toaster, refrigerator, blender, as well as wine storage, are all present in the kitchen, allowing you to cook your loved ones their favorite recipe even on holiday!
