This rental property ticks all the right boxes. It is very close to Grand Cul-de-Sac, a beautiful lagoon with shallow water. Many believe it is one of the finest beaches on St. Barth Island. You can easily walk down to the lagoon as it is very close. Swim in the shallow water, enjoy with your group, and come back to the villa to relax. The four bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. The kitchen, terrace with the private pool, living, and dining areas are all spacious and packed with amenities that will satisfy even the most demanding guest. There is even a home cinema where you can watch a movie with your family or friends. Clearly, a lot of planning has gone into the décor and inclusion of amenities to ensure that all the requirements of the guests are met.
Villa Pink Flamingo is well suited to families, with separate floors for parents and children. The master suite, for the parents, is on the ground floor. There is a second bedroom too with a printer and a Macintosh computer, which can be used purely as a bedroom or an office. The two others are all on the upper level. This is the zone for the kids, who are going to love this as many of them want their own space and privacy these days. Two bedrooms have king beds and two have queens. They are all air-conditioned and have satellite televisions. The ground floor bedrooms open to the pool terrace and sea views. The ensuite bathrooms have hair dryers and rainwater showers.

The ground level has spacious living and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a TV room where you will find a 65-inch television with U.S. and French channels, a Playstation, and a Sonos system. The entire family can sit together to see a movie or play an old-fashioned board game. The living room is warm and cozy. A huge glass panel overlooks the sea, great for a rainy day when you must stay inside. The formal dining area seats all 8 guests. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, juicer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a wine storage unit.
Upon arrival, guests are sure to be happy. There is air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the home, so you can easily stay connected with the world. There is everything at this villa for your convenience – hair dryers, safety boxes, pool towels, a PlayStation, a sound system, and a 65-inch television. The cost of daily housekeeping, except on Sundays and holidays is included. Extra services can be arranged upon request and for an additional fee.

Le Sereno Al Mare is an Italian restaurant and Yosushimania serves Japanese food. They are all close to this villa.
