A long entranceway framed by olive trees leads to an impressive facade protected from prying eyes: a large teak terrace and heated swimming pool area surrounded by palm trees and stone pines. On either side of the house, you’ll find outdoor living and dining areas with a BBQ: the first is covered to protect from the hot summer sun, while the second lets you enjoy the last rays of sunshine each day. The villa has a ping pong table and an alarm system. The villa is not suitable for the disabled.

The villa’s main floor features a spacious, softly coloured living room with enormous windows, Hi-fi stereo, TV and fireplace. The dining room is elegant and straightforward with seats for sixteen and has a terrace with a panoramic view of the vineyards. The kitchen is arranged around a central island made of light wood, respecting the villa’s clean, contemporary style, during the office and TV room feature Hergé artwork. The office has a desk and armchair and is 15m2. The villa has a laundry room. There is a gym with fitness equipment. The villa has central AC, WiFi and heating.

The villa provides daily cleaning, and a dedicated Tailor to organise your tailor-made holiday. You can ask your Tailor for additional services at any moment. Among our services are transportation, a sports coach, a personal chef, a babysitter and many others. The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
