Villa Constanza is a stunning six-bedroom, seven-bathroom villa on the French Riviera, a short walk from the bustling centre of the village, on peaceful Cap Saint-Pierre, lies the Chemin de la Fontaine-du-Pin, palm trees surround the villa alongside olive trees and cypresses. Villa Constanza is a delightful seaside home with a white façade and elegant columns embraced by climbing plants. The villa has both a sea view and a nature view and has a private entrance to a shared beach. The villa’s amenities include two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, outdoor bar, windsurfing/kitesurfing gear, a raised garden and a Mediterranean garden. The estate consists of the main house and the adjoining house.
The villa has six bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, TV, a nature view, 20m2 and is located in the main house. Bathroom one has a single sink, walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Bedroom two has a double bed, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, 20m2 and is located in the main house. Bathroom two has a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom three has a double bed, dressing room, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, 19m2 and is located in the main house. Bathroom three has a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom four has two single beds, a dressing room, an office area, sea view, balcony, TV, nature view, 18m2 and is located in the main house. Bathroom four has a double sink, walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. The master suite is bedroom five. It has a bedroom, and living area, double bed, dressing room, office area, sea view, balcony, TV, nature view and is located in the main house. The master bathroom has a single sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. Bedroom six has a double bed (linked) TV, 20m2, is in the adjoining house and usually used as a staff bedroom. The bathroom has a single sink, walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a guest bathroom.
The outdoor area is stunning with fantastic sea views. The villa provides an
outdoor bar, BBQ, dining table for alfresco dining, an outdoor jacuzzi, infinity swimming pool, a little swimming pool, a pool shower, a private entrance to a shared beach, deck chairs, sun loungers, a raised garden and a Mediterranean garden. The villa also provides windsurfing/kitesurfing equipment. The Vilas has beautifully maintained gardens which are a joy to be in.
The villa is stunning with lots of light and simple but elegant pieces. The living room has a Hi-fi stereo, TV, and a fireplace. This room feels like it’s floating on the water, with its huge bay window overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean beyond. The dining room seats ten, and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances you may need for your stay. The whole villa has WiFi, AC, and heating. There is a laundry room.
The villa provides daily cleaning and a dedicated Tailor to organise your tailor-made holiday. You can ask your Tailor for additional services at any moment. Among our services are transportation, a sports coach, a personal chef, a babysitter and many others. The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
