Villa Sa Lluna is located In Sant Josep on the south-east of Ibiza, known for its nightlife as well as its beautiful coves. It offers a high level of privacy and comfort. The lovely holiday home spreads across 400 m² and consists of a large living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, as well as a half-bath and therefore can accommodate eight people. The upscale amenities of the dreamlike accommodation also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a children's bed.
Villa Sa Lluna has four decent sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, a large walk-in wardrobe area and lots of light coming from the glass doors leading outside. The second bedroom has two single beds, a walk-in wardrobe, and is similar in design to bedroom one. Bedroom three also has two single beds and is slightly smaller than bedroom two. It has a walk-in wardrobe. The last bedroom has a double bed and walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have en-suites, WiFi, AC, and heating.
From the living room, you can step out onto the covered terrace, furnished with lounge furniture and a dining area, where you have a breathtaking view of the spacious garden, the pool and the mountains. Surrounded by lush vegetation, you can relax on the sun loungers around the (200 m² pool). Thanks to the covered and furnished barbecue area, the culinary well-being of the guests is also well catered to. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request). It is possible to book two extra beds for an additional charge. According to the local ordinance, parties and loud music are not permitted after 10 pm.
The indoor area is bright and spacious with a large living room with a fireplace, AC and stunning views out to the hills. The dining room is just off the living room and seats eight guests. The kitchen is bright, long and fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances you may need for your stay. The villa provides a washing machine, dryer, internet, and TV.
The villa provides bed linen and towels. The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
The villa is located in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia in the south-east of Ibiza. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 550 metres away and the coast such as “Es Galliner” a delicious Mediterranean hotspot, “Raco Verd” and “El Sol de Siena”. Sant Josep is near many sandy beaches and great bays and is only 10 km or a 15-minute drive away from the accommodation. Ibiza Town is 7km, the nearest supermarket is 3km, and the airport is 5km away from the villa.
