The villa has three bedrooms for six guests with simple homely décor. The first bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space, and warm, inviting decor. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds and a similar décor.

The master room is ensuite, while guests staying in the other two must share one bathroom. They both have showers, towels, and toiletries.

The landscaping has been developed to create total privacy and seclusion. It is a tropical escape, thanks to the unique location of this holiday villa at the side of a forested hill. There are hiking trails on the hill, so you can explore the neighborhood on foot. Visit the two historic sides on either side of the hill. Across the wide plain, you will see a second hill, which also has a dense forest. The wide panorama offers unobstructed views for miles.

There is a large private swimming pool, which will be entirely for you and your group. Swim anytime you want in its cool water and later relax on a poolside lounger. Only a few steps away, you will find a terrace with a sunny lounging area and an outdoor dining table under the shade. There is also a grassy lawn with a few trees beyond the terrace.

The layout of the rooms and terraces, combined with the intelligent landscaping of the villa’s natural spaces, makes it ideal for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The interior measures 150 square meters, so there is a lot of space for six guests. You are sure to love the villa’s living room, where there are large sofas, a fireplace for those cool evenings, and a television. It has a beautiful stone wall, which is typical in traditional Ibizan homes.

An arched doorway will take you to the dining room. It has a round table with six chairs. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, chimney, washing machine, juicer, electric kettle, dishwasher, and other appliances.
