Villa Son Rossinyol is a luxury, 3-bedroom property at the heart of Mallorca. It is located at the center of an impressive 7500 square garden that has many wooded trees, swaying palms, orange groves, and flowering plants. Stepping out into the private garden, it feels like an oasis of calm, a place you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. At the center of the outdoor terrace, you will find a beautiful swimming pool. The large lawn and garden offer plenty of space for outside entertainment and games. Spend time together with your family or friends. You will also find many cozy nooks and shady corners where you can spend time alone, enjoying the calm and solitude.
It feels like a world away from the busy city life and yet, this rental property is only two kilometers from the town center of Sineu. It is a historic and picturesque rural town. Thanks to the villa’s central location, you will be always close to many of Mallorca’s top tourist attractions.
All the three bedrooms in Son Rossinyol are lavishly furnished. Bedroom #1 has a double bed and a gorgeous stone wall that is traditional Mallorcan in design. A door leads to the terrace and garden. Bedroom #2 has twin beds and a crib, perfect if you are traveling with a small child. Bedroom #3 also has a double bed that is made of cane. All the furnishings here are made of cane, making it look so much different than those impersonal hotel rooms.
The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Towels and hairdryers are provided.
The one feature that sets Son Rossinyol apart from many houses on the island is its gorgeous garden. Everywhere you look, you will see tall trees and orange groves. It looks even better during the orange season. Cozy seating areas are spread throughout the 7500 square meter plot. Of course, you can select your own place too, perhaps under the shade of a tall tree.
Under one such tree, there is a treehouse that the kids are going to love. Many games are spread around this area. Adults, on the other hand, love to gather around the swimming pool, either relaxing on a lounger or swimming in its cool water to beat the midday heat. For shade, you can head for the poolside pergola. Draw the curtain if you want more privacy.
At the heart of the villa is the open-plan living and dining area with inviting sofas. You will be spoilt for choices if you prefer alfresco dining. A patio runs through two sides of this luxury house. It has a dining area and a seating area as well. But its most striking feature is the old well that always draws the attention of the guests. There is a second outdoor dining area with a bigger table – this is where you will also find a barbecue.
The kitchen, next to the formal dining space, provides everything you will need to cook a meal on your holiday. On the upper level, there is a balcony that offers sweeping views of the garden and swimming pool.

The villa is only 2 kilometers from the center of Sineu, a beautiful town that is rich in history. Sineu’s history goes back to the Roman times when the town was known as Sinium. Stay here and seek solitude away from the touristy side of the island. The Can Picafort beach is only 22 kilometers away. The S´Albufera nature reserve is also close.
