Villa Duchessa Alghero is a stunning manor house with classic taste situated in the most beautiful and panoramic confines of Alghero. The luxurious property with spectacular sea view is located on a hill near the city center (which can be reached on foot), and is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. This air conditioned home comprises 3 luxurious bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, several lounges - one on the lower ground floor and another, with seaview, a covered verandah as well as a beautifully pruned fenced garden, ideal to accommodate up to ten guests.
The area is surrounded by numerous conveniences for dining, shopping, sightseeing and many more, most of which are walking distance, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation to the maximum.
This double storey home, houses three luxurious and huge bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, with a total of 8 beds all together. Two bedrooms come with a double bed and a twin bed, whilst the third one comes with three single beds. All rooms are beautifully furnished with a large wardrobe where you can store your belongings. One of the rooms even has access to a private balcony for you to enjoy some private time. The bathrooms are not only spacious, they are fitted with high quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities. One of them has a relaxing shower while the other, a bathtub.
A large glass door from the indoor lounge and kitchen area provides quick access into the well-maintained fenced garden, which is surrounded by century-old olive trees. The vast green space is a great spot to enjoy the outdoors as it is furnished with an umbrella, outdoor table and chairs, perfect for relaxation and sip a cup of tea while enjoying the spectacular views of the surrounding area.
As you enter the house, you will be greeted by warm, lovely, bright and airy internal spaces. The open plan lounge/living area is perhaps the best spot in the house to relax in, with its ultra comfy sofas and large windows offering panoramic views. There is even a piano here for evening entertainment. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining space whereby a round dining table for eight takes centerstage. A small tv is also available to entertain while you dine. Further on, is the spacious fully furnished kitchen, complete with fridge, hob, oven, grid, coffee maker, plates and cutleries, whereby meals and snacks can be easily prepared throughout your stay. Walk up the wide stairs to the upper level and you will find a panoramic lounge with sea view and a covered verandah furnished with tables and chairs, which is an ideal place for the family to enjoy al fresco dining after an exhilarating day out at the beach.

Activities are plentiful, like fishing, windsurfing, cycling, hiking, horse riding and there is also a golf course for golf enthusiasts. Foodies will enjoy the food here as many small restaurants here offer typical Sardinian/Alghero cuisine with fresh fish specialties, as well as meat dishes such as the classic roast suckling pig. In addition, it also includes Catalan cuisine, handed down from its four centuries of Spanish domination.
