Villa Regina is part of a residential complex, Punta su Torrioni, where you have shops, cafes, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and everything in between.
There are four, brightly-lit and large bedrooms at Villa Regina. The double beds are super comfortable, making sure you get a good night’s rest every night. You can take a relaxing nap as there is nothing to disturb your peace. There is a plush armchair in the bedroom as well, creating a cosy reading nook. The two bathrooms are shared with a shower in one and a bathtub in the other bedroom.
Prepare for a wonderful, unforgettable holiday at Villa Regina where you can spend endless hours splashing around in your private swimming pool. Bordered by a pool deck, you can lounge on the deck chairs, sunbathe or read a book. The lush garden is well-kept with flowering bushes and native plants. The shaded areas are perfect for an afternoon nap. A veranda has been furnished with an alfresco dining table for delicious meals in the fresh air.
Villa Regina is built over two floors, one of which is dedicated to the spacious living room, dining and kitchen areas. As you walk through the glass doors by the pool, you have the comfortable living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Antique furniture with modern comforts like a flatscreen TV are put in place for your entertainment. The living room is the perfect place to retreat to after the end of a long, tiring day out and about town.
For dining, you have several options. You can enjoy a decadent meal by the pool, under the blue or starry-night skies, or you can choose to dine indoors. There is a lot of room to accommodate everyone’s desires. A modern kitchen that is fully-equipped is where you can prepare all sorts of snacks, courses, beverages and the works.
Since Villa Regina is part of a residential complex, you have a host of amenities right at your doorstep. From a supermarket and pizzeria to medical service and a golf course, the complex has you covered. There is a helicopter service if you want to opt for one. Parking is available for your vehicles, you may even take the shuttle bus service to Pelosa Beach.
Villa Regina is ideally located, 3-4km from beaches, coves and other places of interest. You can explore the surrounding nature of the Mediterranean, head to the beach or simply hang out in the residential complex. Some of the places nearby are Stintino, Porto Torres and Olbio.
