Private Dutch-owned villa with spacious enclosed garden boasting palm trees, tropical plants, sculptures and carvings. Villa Florimar is a lavish 5 bedroomed villa with its own beachfront, located right next to the Balinese seaside village of Seseh. It is also just a few meters away from a black volcanic-sand beach which adds to exoticness and uniqueness. This makes it the perfect getaway literally like no other beachfront villa can. It also keeps guests within close proximity of the beaches, restaurants, shops, and the exotic nightlife of Canggu.

All 5 bedrooms at the Villa Florimar feature the villa’s signature sleek black and wooden, Dutch-inspired rustic décor. It has polished black concrete floors and furnished with comfortable king-sized beds that have panoramic views of the scenic environment outside. These bedrooms are spacious, airy and have massive windows that are at once refreshing. You just know that you have been transported to a relaxing holiday destination the moment you step in one. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.
Two identical master suites are positioned on the upper floor of each wing of the main pavilion and are complete with spectacular and memorable sea views and roof terraces. The corner room on the ground floor of the main pavilion has a suite with its own shower and direct access to its very own garden. Situated at the far end of the garden are two identical stand-alone guest suites each housing a garden suite flanked by an open-air room offers spectacular views of the swimming pool and garden.
Offering a multiple selection of outdoor living spaces, Villa Florimar is both social and private. Guests of Villa Florimar can relax under a parasol on one of the four oversized beds on both sides of the 18 meter infinity-edge swimming pool, or elect to enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfortable balè. Guests travelling with children can enjoy fun activities in the spacious garden for a game of tag or football, or double down for a picnic. Sunsets are perfect for gathering around to enjoy a cocktail by the poolside lounge which comfortably sits 12 and has a unique circular fire bowl lantern that illuminates the garden at night.
The Villa Florimar has a unique way of incorporating the outdoors indoors. At the center of Villa Florimar’s main pavilion and overlooking the garden and swimming pool, is a bright and spacious open-plan living room furnished with the daybeds piled with silk cushions and comfortable rattan chairs where guests can relax, read a book or take an afternoon siesta. Fish ponds lined with stepping stones that link the main pavilion to the outer wings, one of which houses the open-sided formal dining room, complete with a table for ten. The other pond trail leads to a more casual dining veranda furnished with a low Japanese-style table that sits 6 guests. Next to this dining area is the entertainment area equipped with comfortable sofas on which guests can cuddle up to watch the 42-inch flat-screen television unit.
Guests at Villa Florimar have a friendly and professional staff on hand to cater to their needs. Guests also have 24 hour security team that ensures they are kept safe at night. For guests who have minors or require a stress-relieving massage, babysitters and masseuses are only a phone call away (at extra cost). Villa Florimar’s in-house chef was trained at Bali’s landmark Warisan restaurant, making for guests to have an absolute treat with his refined and delicious creations. The chef always uses the finest and freshest ingredients, many of which come from the villa Florimar’s very own vegetable garden.
Villa Florimar is 19km away from Ngurah Rai (Bali) International Airport. It is also a mere 200 meter walk from the beach. The seaside village of Seseh which is still surrounded by emerald rice paddies and typical Balinese life, yet the trendy laid back Canggu is at your doorstep with cafes, shops, beauty spas and beach bars to explore. While the dark grey and black sand of the beach make the location unique, guests can enjoy swimming and surfing in the renowned and challenging surfing spots. It is an absolute must for guests to take a trip to the sea temple of Tanah Lot at sunset. It is also a must for golf-loving guests to tee-off at the Nirwana Bali Golf Course which is one of Asia’s best golf courses. Both Tanah Lot and Nirvana are just a 10 minute drive from Villa Florimar.
