Villa Turino is a charming home dating back to the 12th century, where it was originally a water mill that belonged to the Monestery of Sant Antimo. The building was rebuilt in 1606 and the mill was functional up to about 60 years ago. Today, it is a comfortable retreat with open rustic designs and modern amenities. Located within proximity of Castelnuovo dell’Abate, 10km south of Montalcino, Villa Turino can accommodate up to 8 persons in its vast available spaces. It is a short five minutes walk from the amazing St Atimo Abbey, where a community of monks still reside and you can witness their choral singing at 3pm daily.
