Casa Alvira

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms at Casa Alvira, all spread across two floors. The ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed and attached bathroom with shower, WC, and basic amenities. Located on the first floor, the master bedroom also has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, as well as a private terrace from where you can soak up the sun and the views. Also found on the first floor, the third room has its own terrace as well as a double bed while the last bedroom has two single beds, ocean views, and a television.

Guests can easily keep up with their fitness routine by swimming laps in the 10m x 5m private swimming pool or simply float on their backs while soaking up the sun. Around the pool deck, you will also find comfortable sun loungers that you can use to work on your tan. The lush, beautifully-manicured garden also comes with a covered chillout area, complete with sofas for enjoying an outdoors nap or winding down with a fresh cup of coffee. In the evening, use the Weber barbecue to prepare a grilled feast for your family and yourself.

Casa Alvira places you close to various restaurants and cafes but if you don’t feel like eating out, you can always make full use of the generously-sized kitchen that comes with a host of modern amenities including a coffee maker, freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob oven, and a Smeg American refrigerator. After fixing a delicious meal for your family and yourself, gather in the dining room which provides chairs for up to six diners as well as a private access to the terrace.
After dinner, you can always share nightcaps in the spacious living room which also comes with terrace access. In this space, guests will find a flat-screen television with satellite access as well as comfortable furnishing.

The grounds of Casa Alvira boasts secure parking spots for five vehicles. At the villa, you will also find laundry facilities so your clothes remain fresh and wrinkle free throughout your holiday in Ibiza. Free WiFi is available in the villa and across the grounds.
