Villa Beth is a beautiful brand new vacation home with 24 hours security and private beach access, set in the most prestigious area of Vista Alegre in Ibiza. Its beautiful surroundings make it the perfect getaway for friends and families. Thismodern double-storey home features 3 luxurious bedrooms, 4 spacious bathrooms, large outdoor swimming pool, modern kitchen, open plan living and dining spaces, outdoor dining areas, BBQ area, outdoor bar, rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean and many more, for up to 6 people comfortably.
This charming property is composed of three beautifully designed air-conditioned bedrooms thatopen to the pool area, and four spacious bathrooms. The master bedroom is huge and has a living area with palatial sofas where you can chill-out after an exhilarating day out, a dressing room, a safe, a super plush double bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom, where you can enjoy a relaxing, luxurious bath. The other two bedrooms come with a comfortable double (linked) bed and en-suite bathroom. All the bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities, providing comfort and convenience.

The open plan living area makes the perfect relaxation spot where you can enjoy the lovely sea views from the full glass panel doors while seated on the many plush sofas. Adjacent to it is the cosy open dining area with a table for eight to enjoy the delicious homecooked meals. Meals can be prepared at the open plan modern kitchen that is fully equipped with amongst other things, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and for coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine.
The villa’s friendly local team are always ready to welcome and serve their guest from the beginning of their stay, all the way to the very last day of their stay. Cleaning is provided once a week while security services are provided 24 hours. All other on demand services including additional cleaning, groceries shopping, childcare, tour arrangements, car rentals, airport transfers and more, can be requested and arranged with additional costs.

With private access to the beach made available and within walking distance, you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach on your own time and in privacy.
