Villa Anna has ninestylish and elegant bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with central heating and cooling and perfect whatever the weather. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, both with ensuite, six more on the first floor, also with ensuites and one more in a guest house, again with ensuite. The lovely, bright and airy bedrooms are fully equipped with luxury linens and duvets and are very stylishly decorated in soothing tones. Villa Anna has 9 high end ensuite bathrooms; all featuring wonderful walk-in showers and thick fluffy towels. The tenth bathroom is located in the spa, excellent for guests convenience. Two of the bathrooms also include lovely soaking tubs.

With the villas access to two lovely terrace areas conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals alfresco is a snap. The villa has a choice of al fresco dining spots and boasts a barbeque for the perfect grill and a wood fire pizza oven. Diners can enjoy meals under the multitude of stars overlooking the spectacular gardens, or perhaps enjoy a game of ping pong at the full size table. Last but certainly not least is the villa's turquoise blue 12 x 6 meter swimming pool, guests will be memorised by the stunning views and can enjoy the many sun loungers or dining area whilst whiling away the day enjoying the view and the Tuscan sun.

The stylish, elegant lounge area of Villa Anna is bright, sun filled, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. With ample plush sofas, dining space and wonderful décor guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The lounge area has Wifi, flatscreen TV, dvd and Bose speakers for guests enjoyment and a lovely fireplace for the chillier nights.
On the main floor there is also a wellness area with Turkish bath, hot tub and chromotherapy shower. Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge and dining areas is the kitchen, equipped with an oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and utensils; perfect to cook up a feast of lovely local produce.

Villa welcomes its guests for the arrival time of 4 pm and departure at 10 am. Many services are available at extra charges such as buffet breakfast, chef and service, cooking course and dinner, a wine tasting tour, private massage, and horse riding amongst others. Final cleaning will be charged if the villa is not in the condition it was upon arrival. Staff are included daily for 5 hours a day 5 days a week. Towels are changed twice weekly, bedding weekly. Products from the farm such as vegetables and eggs are included in the cost
Upon check-in and check out the villa is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests following WHO guidelines.
