There are 2 bedrooms at Il Cortile Apartment. The biggest room features a stone terracotta floor, light blue stone walls and wooden ceiling beams. The room is fitted with a double bed and white wooden cabinets and wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom. AC is available in both rooms.

Il Cortile Apartment has a private covered terrace and garden. A wonderful place to sit back and enjoy the views and the peaceful ambience. There is an alfresco dining table on the covered terrace and there is another table placed out on the lawn - the perfect spot for breakfast in the gentle morning sun. The green private yard is surrounded by greenery, making it very natural and private. Kids can play there and run around. Parents van chill out on the garden chairs, opening up a bottle of wine and living the good life.

The living room features a charming Italian design with wooden ceiling beams, a stone terracotta floor and yellow cement walls. The 6-seater dining table stands by the fireplace and there is a separate sitting/lounge room with 2 comfortable blue sofas and a wooden coffee table. There is satellite TV available, unlimited wifi and there are some books to read. The kitchen features a bar with bar chairs, creating yet another place to hang-out. The private kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and a washing machine.

The holiday estate La Capannina di Matteo offers free parking, free wifi and free use of the swimming pool in the communal garden. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests also get 1 pool towel per person per week.
