Sitting in spectacular fashion that promises privacy and exclusivity, the villa is owned by a renowned Italian architect and interior designer, who took the effort to restore it in accordance with true Tuscan tradition. One of the interesting highlights is the fact that the furniture appointed are a combination of his own designs with some antique pieces. The spacious living area and large dining table are other favorable features of this villa, which is made up of a main stone-built farmhouse and a guesthouse. It consists of 9 rooms for 18 guests, hence the number behind its villa name that indicates so. There are the smaller property units under Lavacchio with rooms to match your group size. Thanks to the sophisticated taste of the owner, this villa has been featured in many interior design magazines over the years.
This whopping 9-bedroom villa offers accommodation for 18 guests, at both the main house and the guest house. For the main house that can sleep 10, it is made up of 5 bedrooms while the remaining 8 guests for the guest house have between themselves 4 rooms for use. Starting at the ground floor of the main residence, the 1st double bedroom is located on the ground level and furnished with a 4-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the 1st floor and guests will see the Master Bedroom with also a 4-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom, a double room with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a double room and a twin bedroom that shares a common bathroom together. The guest house hosts 3 double bedrooms and another twin bedroom that all come with their own ensuite bathroom with bathtubs to boot.
