Villa Acacia is built over three floors and the first and second floors are occupied by the bedrooms. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor and a studio on the second floor that leads to the terrace through a flight of steps. The master bedroom with a private terrace overlooks the wisteria and has a sofa bed and a king bed. Two bedrooms share a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and a small kitchenette. Two shared bathrooms can be found on the same floor with a bathtub, shower, and other modern amenities. The studio on the second floor is air-conditioned with a queen bed and ensuite.
Complete with a wooden sun deck where you can lay back, soak up the sun, and even take a nap, Villa Acacia offers a resplendent outdoor area for absolute fun. The swimming pool is right next to a hot-water shower for rinsing off before and after your swim. You will find a natural terrace with lemon trees in earthen pots. These create a heady aroma that surrounds the outdoors. A built-in brick BBQ is where you can fire up the grill and then relish your meals in the outdoor dining space. The most beautiful ancient wisteria shades the pergola from where you get the best view of the grounds.
When you’re not hanging outside or on the terrace, you will likely find yourself in the ground floor living room that is exceptionally designed. Artwork, photographs, and flower pots decorate the room. There is a fireplace in the living room with its mantel decorated with brass and porcelain pots and pans. The classic, vintage wooden cabinet has some books for you to read. The plush sofas and the beautiful carpet on the floor create a warm space where you can rest and recuperate. The hardwood floors and the white walls add to the classic charm.
The living room is fixed with a TV with semi-smart Chromecast to stream your favourite movies and shows. Head to the spacious dining room where you can indulge in delicious meals with your loved ones. There is a modern and fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you need from an oven and Nespresso machine to a dishwasher and toaster.
