The 3 bedrooms at Villa Chiara sleep 8 guests. The rooms are spread out on the ground floor and first floor. The first is a beautiful and spacious suite that is designed with an ensuite bathroom complete with shower and a double entrance that can be accessed from the indoors and the garden here on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 other double bedrooms that can be led up by an internal staircase, sharing a bathroom and where one of them also has a panoramic terrace to boot.

The villa’s exteriors are made up of a fully-fenced infinity swimming pool that is its highlight feature, solarium complete with umbrellas and sunbeds, a lovely spacious terrace with a panoramic view, the outdoor kitchen and barbeque area as well as a private garden lawn surrounding the perimeter of the villa to simply enjoy moments of solitude and camaraderie with one another.

Inside the house, guests upon stepping in will come to the living area that consists of a dining table and living space fitted with sofas and a fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen has amenities like a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a 5 burner stove, as well as an American coffee machine and boiler. What’s also special about the living area is that guests can access a small living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double sleeping sofa easily for additional 2 occupants.

Satellite television channels and complimentary WiFi that ranges up to the garden and pool area are provided for guests, who would be happy to note the wide coverage. The villa is also equipped with an automatic gate for additional convenience of guests especially families travelling with children, besides an alarm system for security measures.
