This charming home has three-bedrooms, each beautifully designed and lavishly furnished. The rooms are spread over two floors. The ground floor has a lavish double bedroom that is equipped with a satellite TV with a private exit to the beautiful garden outside. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor which are both also equipped with a satellite TV and where one comes with a comfy four poster bed, while the other bedroom comes with a loft and round and soft bed. Each floor also comes with spacious bathrooms equipped with luxurious showers.
Stepping out of the indoors, you will be greeted by one of the best views of a stunning little hill town. The divine outdoor pool, two loggias that come with table chairs and the luxurious covered gazebo that provides shade from the sun, you will definitely be more than tempted to have your meals out here or even doze off under the sunlight or the starry night sky. The lush enclosed garden surrounded by beautiful fruit trees and olives makes it a great spot for relaxation. In the hotter evenings, head on to the Barbecue area with your group of friends and have some fun grilling.
Once you step into Villa Ciana, you are greeted by a luxurious living room adorned with a lush sofa bed and satellite plasma TV. That's not all the home also is equipped with a special fitness room that comes with a treadmill, sauna and whirlpool for those looking for a good workout session. There is also a laundry room on the ground room for your convenience.
Further into the indoor space and you will be in the fully equipped kitchen space and pantry that will make any meal-prep easy and convenient, next to it is the large dining room where a warm fireplace awaits your lounging.

Guests can also hike through Maremma Park, which is 8500 hectares of protected wilderness with stunning stone pines, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean shrubland where long-horned cattle and wild horses roam free.
