With elegant country-themed interiors, Villa La Campanina is welcoming and cosy, overlooking some of the most glorious and unobstructed views of the hills and greenery. This farmhouse is built with 3 bedrooms that can fit up to 6 pax by taking into consideration the basement bedroom. Besides a panoramic terrace and swimming pool for a total rejuvenating experience, guests are also in for a treat with facilities such as wood stove and central underfloor heating.
The 3 bedrooms at Villa La Campanina are all equipped with the respective ensuite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In their signature white and soft pastel shades, the rooms are split up over 3 floors of the property, starting with the ground floor that features a twin bedroom, followed by a Master Bedroom up on the 1st floor. The final bedroom can be found at the basement level, which is fitted with a double bed and accessible via the laundry room.
A 8m X 4m private and fenced swimming poolthat sits amidst a spacious, grassy lawn greets guests outside, while sun deck chairs line one side for guests to simply relax with a book or a glass of wine in hand. A panoramic and pretty terrace spot that is well-covered offers guests respite from the sunny skies, and from which they can do alfresco dining within a completely rejuvenating outdoor setting.
The indoors are built over 3 storeys in a stylish, countryside theme with lots of personal touches and welcoming decor that makes it a home away from home. The entrance hall and living room is enhanced with a wood stove and stellar bookshelves in white that brings out the home’s personality, with thoughtful placement of soft furnishings that beautifies the space. This pretty effect transcends over to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, also in white, that features an island kitchen. There is a conservatory up on the 1st floor and a laundry room down in the basement.
The staff at Villa La Campanina provides 4 hours of compulsory property cleaning per week, which is included as part of the stay package. Guests have complimentary Wifi Internet to connect to. The villa is also equipped with central underfloor heating and is pet-friendly for guests to bring their furry friends along if they wish to.
Villa La Campanina is located within walking distance to the ancient hamlet of Poggio Capanne that houses a restaurant and a bar. The nearest shops are only 2km away at Poggio Murella which features among others, a mini market, a Pizzeria, a bar and restaurants. Other surrounding attractions include Saturnia with its historical thermal sources and natural waterfalls at only 6km away, as well as a renowned golf course and spa. Also not-to-be-missed are the villages of Scansano, Pitigliano, Sorano and the Etruscan ruins.
