The four double bedrooms of the villa hosting comfortably 8 guests are spacious and charming. Embedded with soothing and natural toning colours, the bedrooms all have stunning scenic views, tv’s and are complete with ensuite bathrooms and luxury amenities.
Three of the beautiful rooms are located on the upper floor of the main house, the fourth on the , main level. Wonderful beamed ceilings, soft yet sunny coloured walls and decor, and views to remember forever from the large windows create a haven for guests to retreat too at the end of a busy day exploring this glorious region. There are two queen rooms, and two rooms with twin beds which can be configured as large doubles. Each room has quality bedding, wonderful high quality sheets, duvets and pillows and are comfortable and cosy for lovely night’s of rest.
Each of the bedrooms have ensuites, two featuring bath tubs, the further two large showers, and are beautifully finished, complementing the decor of the bedrooms. Thick, fluffy towels and hairdryers are supplied.

The villa also boasts a fenced saltwater pool 4 x 15 meters and comes fully equipped with deck chairs and sun lounges to soak up the Tuscan sun. Ther is also an outdoor shower close to the pool deck. A lovely shaded outdoor lounge area is sure to be a popular spot, and there is a dining table seating eight under the grape vine covered pergola.
The spectacular views atr enhanced by the fabulous gardens, mature trees, large lavender and roses waft their beautiful perfume across the garden. Herbs are a plenty, sage and rosemary add to the stunning scents around the property.

There is a large inviting entrance hall through the flower covered portico which leads to the inviting open plan family room. This is the ideal place to gather as a group and enjoy fun nights. With plush seating, beautifully complimented with local textiles, stunning views, and the large HD TV and stereo for guests entertainmen, and a large table for playing board games, there is plenty to keep everyone amused. The lounge is a bright and sunny spot and wonderfully cosy in the evenings.
The villa is equipped with a farm style kitchen which leads out to a grapevine covered pergola for outdoor dining with a vista of endless beauty. Fully equipped,including high end appliances and dish washer, the kitchen is the perfect space for guests to prepare gourmet meals which can be enjoyed on the large dining table seating 8 guests comfortably. Wonderfully close to the kitchen is the outdoor dining space, the perfect location for alfresco meals enjoying the spectacular countryside.
On the upper level there is a very pleasant living room with fireplace, a beautiful room to enjoy quiet evenings enjoying the company of friends and family. There is also the loggia on this level, ideal for a morning coffee watching the surrounding area come to life, or for a quiet evening vino watching the sun slip away over the olive groves.
