Commanding a prime position on an elevated terrain in Montepulciano, Tuscany, Villa Nicoletta can easily sleep larger groups of up to 28 guests. As such, it is the perfect spot for destination weddings, corporate events, and getaways with your loved ones. Villa Nicoletta lies on a massive estate, perfect for enjoying a sunset walk in the fragrant garden. With classic home comforts and traditional Italian furnishings, Villa Nicoletta also provides an independent guest house in the garden.
Villa Nicoletta boasts 13 bathrooms and 14 bedrooms to accommodate all 28 guests. On the ground floor, there are three generously sized bedrooms, all fitted with fireplaces so you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere on those colder winter evenings. There’s also a double bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower room and basic bath amenities. The first floor is fitted with three twin rooms that have attached bathrooms. On this floor, you will also find five double rooms, also with en-suite bathrooms.
Through the lower garden, guests can enter the lower ground floor of the villa. This section provides two double bedrooms as well as two twin bedrooms. Bathrooms are separate. The guest house is equipped with two double rooms and en-suite bathrooms.
With private on-site parking, Villa Nicoletta offers on-site barbecue facilities, complete with coal and tools. On the estate, you’ll also find an expansive park with both cypress and oak trees to provide some shade from the Mediterranean sun. If you want to work on your tan, you can also stretch out on one of the chairs or sun loungers. Guests who are visiting the villa between May and the end of October will also be able to enjoy the private 6m x 12m swimming pool that provides plenty of fun for adults and kids alike.
The ground floor of the villa comes with a reception area as well as a bar, ideal for mixing aromatic cocktails for your guests. In the well-equipped kitchen, there’s a professional juicer, two blenders, two toasters, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine, two American coffee machines, a microwave, an electric oven, two gas ovens, as well as three professional refrigerators. In the laundry room, there’s a wardrobe for stowing any extra belongings.
The lower ground floor comes with a spacious living room, complete with satellite television and direct access to the swimming pool. Additionally, there’s a small kitchenette in the guest house.
Villa Nicoletta provides complimentary Wi-Fi in the main house, garden, and swimming pool. With satellite connection for the television, the villa also offers children’s board games, ideal for a rainy afternoon indoors. Swimming pool games are additionally available in the establishment. Thanks to the piano, guests can enjoy fun evenings with their loved ones.
For an extra fee and upon request, the villa can arrange additional services such as an in-house chef, breakfast, wine-table, cooking classes, babysitting, housekeeping, deluxe Welcome Hamper as well as pre-stocking of the fridge prior to your arrival.
Villa Nicoletta lies just five kilometers from Radicofani, a beautiful village that embodies the best of the Italian countryside. In fact, this village is home to the Rocca di Radicofani, an ancient castle known for its 37m tower overlooking the village. Because you need to trek for quite a while to reach it, this attraction is also ideal for nature enthusiasts. From there, you will be able to soak up unblemished views of the volcanic Monte Amiata and Val d’Orcia Park.
