The property has a total of 8 elegantly designed ensuite bedrooms and another 2 half bathrooms which can sleep 16 guests at any one time. Spread across three levels, the bedrooms are on the first and second levels. Each of the rooms comes with air-conditioning, TV, safe, heating, pod coffee machine and minibar. Pillow menu can be requested in each room.
The luxurious bedroom 1 features a four-poster king bed with large comfortable mattress with views over the cypress road and vineyards. In addition to high quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities its ensuite bathroom has a shower with chromotherapy, waterfall and nebulization features. Bedroom 2 also has a large king-sized poster bed. Its occupants can enjoy sunset and vineyard views while its bathroom has a relaxing shower. The cosy bedrooms 3 & 4 comes with a super comfy king bed and views of the vineyard. Bedroom 5 on the second level, features a palatial king bed, a huge wardrobe that was once a secret room with a 500 year door as well as views of the vineyard and Montalcino. Other than a comfy king bed in the 6th bedroom, occupants can find a high sloped ceiling, elegant furnishing and views towards the south. Whereas, both bedrooms 7 & 8 enjoy views of Montalcino and the vineyard.

Nestled on a 5 hectares plot, its outdoor spaces are simply amazing, overlooking the breathtaking hills of Val D’Orcia. Amid the lush grounds is a private vineyard (whereby the wine is served from) and ample fruit trees such as chestnuts, cherry and apple trees. It is also surrounded by beautifully manicured winter and vegetable gardens. You can either take a quick dip in the L-shaped swimming pool (opens from May 15 - October 15, weather permitting) or soak to your heart’s content in the hot tub by the corner of the pool. Nearby are 10 plush comfortable sun-loungers for relaxing while the furnished outdoor space allows you to enjoy alfresco dining.

Inside the property, relaxing palette of colours decorate the home and accentuate the splendor, while minimalist and stylish interiors are further enhanced by refurbished antiques and custom furniture made from Tuscan artisans with a few notable findings of the owners, such as a 16th-century door fused with modern comforts. The well-furnished cosy living room with plush sofas makes a great relaxation spot while the amazing dining area with an elegant dining table and beautiful lighting affords an intimate dining session. Its modern professional kitchen completely restored in 2019 is only accessible by authorized staff features professional appliances such as fridge, freezer, coffee machine with whole coffee bean, wine cooler, wood oven, pasta machine, manual slicer, ice machine, kettle, wine glass displayer and professional pots and pans. There is also a central island suited for intimate, tailor-made cooking classes.
