Set amidst beautiful green tropical rice fields of Umalas on the banks of a small river, Villa Theo is the perfect five bedroom holiday paradise for large families and large groups of friends. The whole villa is styled with select pieces of reclaimed teak wood and artifacts shipped in from different locations of Indonesia giving it traditional and authentic vibes. Picturesque gardens surround the glamorous villa and the large twenty meter swimming pool. This elegant five bedroom villa can host a maximum of ten persons and is ideal for hosting corporate or family events as well. Ten well trained staff members are at the service of guests and will help them out through anything. Further, this hidden tropical gem is close to Seminyak’s popular restaurants, boutiques and clubs.
The master bedroom suite is furnished with a large canopied four poster bed and a cozy sofa. The wooden flooring and interiors are enhanced with exquisite carpets and other décor. This room, fit for a king also has abundant storage space by way of wardrobes and cabinets. A large intricately carved writing desk and chair occupy one corner of the room. Beautiful Balinese paintings adorn the walls and from the high soaring ceiling hangs a grand luxurious shell chandelier. Contemporary light lamps are set here and there on beautiful pieces of reclaimed furniture. The full glass doors of the master bedroom suite open into a private veranda with a gorgeous garden view. There is a separate dressing room and the en suite bathroom is complete with a large bathtub and indoor and outdoor rain showers.
At the end of the swimming pool are two grand pavilions housing the four guest bedrooms. All bedrooms sport teakwood floors and high rooftops and are fully furnished with plush king sized beds, recliners, writing tables and chairs and flat screen cable TVs. They open into the veranda overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The rooms are decorated with traditional Balinese paintings, sculptures and artwork and exotic Balinese carpets dawn their wooden floors. All rooms have separate walk in dressing rooms and the private en suite bathrooms are complete with indoor and outdoor rain showers. Two of the bathrooms also have large bathtubs perfect for a long lazy Balinese soak.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
The private garden is elegant and vast and feature manicured lawns set with stunning tropical plants and flowers. Exotic tropical flowers give away their scent in the breeze and beautiful tropical trees dance in the Balinese wind. By the garden is the glistening twenty meter infinity pool where guests can enjoy dips and long swims. The deck of the pool contains lots of sun loungers for lazing in the sun. There is also an alfresco lounge area perfect for BBQ parties and even wedding celebrations.
The open air living and dining areas are tucked away in authentic Javanese Joglo Houses featuring authentic reclaimed teakwood furniture and carvings. They open into the lush garden and pool. The timber furniture that occupies the rooms feature elaborate carvings and the whole area looks grand and elegant and rustic. The living area is furnished with a large sofa and several seating chairs. There is also an entertainment area with a large couch and flat screen TV where guests may huddle together to watch movies and shows. The lordly dining table can seat up to fourteen people and contemporary lamps light up the area. Another major attraction is the private spa pavilion housed in a corner of the area for long hours of relaxation and traditional Balinese massages.
Villa Theo is set in a heavenly location amidst lush green rice fields of Umalas. It is close to the Canggu area housing the Canggu club and is near trendy Seminyak which is Bali’s most trendy beach town featuring restaurants, beach clubs, boutiques and shops.
