Located in Val d’Isère, one of the popular ski resorts in France, Chalet Kilimandjaro is a 4 bedroomed winter holiday home for 8 guests. The chalet is ideal for skiers or those who want to learn how to be skiers. For pro skiers, there is a piste just right next to the chalet. While beginners they can take advantage of the chauffeur provided to ride to the nearest gentle pistes which are not very far from the accommodation. Non-skiers can walk to the town centre to explore different restaurants, bars as well as clubs.
Chalet Kilimandjaro has 4 bedrooms with double or twin beds and can host 8 people. The ground floor houses a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, WC and has direct access to the balcony. The lower level of the chalet has two twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. One of the two twin bedrooms has its own WC while the other shares a separate WC with a cabin room that is on the same level. The cabin room has a bunk bed and also has an ensuite bathroom.
The availability of an outdoor hot tub in Chalet Kilimandjaro lets guests pamper themselves after a long day on the slopes as they enjoy the beautiful snow view. The chalet also has private underground parking for the visitors who have cars. Balconies and terraces are also available where guests can enjoy drinks as they chat.
Chalet Kilimandjaro ground floor features a ski room where all the ski equipment are safely stored and it also has a boot warmer. On the same ground is a bright and spacious open plan living area where you can relax with your family as you watch movies. You can also enjoy fantastic views through the big windows in this room. At the far end is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and equipment.
Although the bus stop is just around the corner, where you can board a bus to town within a short time, the chalet provides a chauffeur who can pick you from the doorstep and drive you to wherever you need. The chalet also provides parking for its guests and WiFi internet throughout.
Chalet Kilimandjaro is surrounded by different slopes for all. Piste for the expert skiers is right next to the chalet, While the beginners get a private driver to take them to the nearest gentler piste. Other than skiing, Snowshoeing, husky sledging, ice diving, paragliding and ice skating are some of the other activities that you can engage in. There is also a fitness centre around the corner where you can go to keep your body fit. And, in the evening if you wish to enjoy an outdoor meal, then you’ll be spoilt for choice as there are several restaurants around offering different types of food. However, be sure to visit La Peau de Vache for the best burgers. And, don’t call it a day without enjoying live music from the lively clubs.
