Boasting views of the Cap de Bou and Illa’s Espartar beyond, a contemporary and boxy all-white single-storey residence called Villa Benicio beckons for guests. Located near Cala Codolar, it also carries marble-style tiled flooring and some cream colored walls to offer a nice juxtaposition. These colors are further accented by the thoughtfully-chosen paintings and decor that are strewn around the house. Consisting of 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, guests would be pleased with a traditional Spanish kitchen to boot, while the outdoors at the back of the home have been maximized to its full potential so that guests can fully immerse in the breathtaking views, including the amazing-looking eternity pool that will prove to be a hit among many.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms within the villa, they are all sparsely furnished, yet not lacking at all in the modern creature comforts for guests. They are all located on the ground floor of this single-storey property, made up of a Master Bedroom, a Double Bedroom and Twin Bedroom. The Master Bedroom enjoys the luxury of its own private shower room while the 2 other rooms share a communal bathroom.
The outstanding feature of the outdoor grounds is the eternity pool measuring 8m X 5m at the very centre, seemingly melting into the Cap de Bou. A poolside shower is made available for guests after their swim or dip. Plenty of comfy loungers are strewn around the poolside, should guests wish to just settle down with a good book and a glass of vino to spend their time throughout. There is also a purpose-built white-washed stone rendered fully-functioning barbeque facility with an outdoor dining table, perfect for family gatherings and to have long lunches on.
The open plan living / dining room is what greets guests upon entering the villa, with its bright personality and furnished with a L-shaped purpose-built sofa seating. It is adjacent to the open fireplace that is built with a similar white-washed, stone-rendered base, and radiates warmth during cooler evenings. On the opposite end of the room is the dining area with table and chairs, while the furniture, window panes and shutters all carry the same dark-colored wood as the kitchen units. In the kitchen, traditional Spanish tiles line the walls, which conjures the impression of a very traditional Spanish kitchen yet carry the full-fledged list of modern amenities including a dishwasher and coffee maker to have fun cooking and brewing coffees throughout guests’ stay.
Guests can be assured of excellent services at the villa, which help with various arrangements to accommodate different requests from guests. Among the typical services offered are maid service and extra cleaning, private chef and catering, pre-stocking of the fridge, arrangements of local day trips and tours, airport pick-up and drop-off as well as babysitting or childcare services.
Located near Cala Codolar, it is tucked in between the municipalities of Eivissa (to the east) and Sant Antoni (to the west)lies the municipality of Sant Josep de se Talaia and includes the parishes of Sant Jordi, Sant Agustí and es Cubells, all of which are quiet picturesque Ibizan little villages with beautiful churches to wander around and admire at leisure.
