Sa Font Fresca Cottage 2 are charming cottages nestled into the lush Spanish foliage. The Cottages can be rented alone or together to provide accommodation for ten people in all, ideal for weddings and birthday celebrations. The villa is located in the beloved idyllic village of green shuttered, honey-comb houses with the stunning coast to one side and the Tramuntana mountain range to the other. The rustic villa provides its guests with a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean delicacies such as orange, avocado and persimmon trees; ripe for the picking and perfect for a morning stroll around the garden to pick your breakfast. The cottages also provide a BBQ for alfresco dining.
Sa Font Fresca 2 is a two-bedroom cottage. Each bedroom is rustic and filled with traditional touches. There is a range of different bedroom setups to suit all of the family. Bedroom one is a large twin bedroom decorated with lavender tones, exposed beams and a mountain view. The room also has a small en-suite with shower. The next room has a large double bed with a beautiful view onto the palm trees outside.
In the beautiful flower-scented garden you will see pretty paved terraces with rattan furniture perfect for lazing in the Spanish sunshine and listening to the birds above. The garden is plentiful with Pergolas with bougainvillaea, wisteria, passion flowers and persimmons. Oranges and avocados grow in the garden and can be picked whenever you feel peckish. The villa does not have a swimming pool, but the well-loved emerald cove of Cala Deia is only a 10-minute car drive away. There is also the option to walk, which would take around 30 minutes. The hill down to the cove can be a bit steep on the way back up.
Sa Font Fresca Cottage 2 creates a homely traditional Mallorca experience. The large front doors open into a foyer with steps leading to the first floor. The living room follows on from this and is decorated in striped sofas and dark wooden beams. There is a small bookshelf in this room and a little TV. The kitchen is large and spacious with a dining table that seats six and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen opens out onto the garden.
The villa can organise to have a private chef. Enjoy the freshest of Spanish ingredients including locally sourced meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and herbs. Or, if you can tear yourself away from the villa’s haven their many restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep, including many with Michelin stars. And if you want to rejuvenate your body and soul, a local beauty therapist can be arranged to visit the villas and make you a relaxing body or facial massage.
Deia is a well known and well-beloved village, bringing in those from all walk of life. Mainly known for its art scene and celebs that come flocking to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and picture book scenery. From Deià you can walk down to Cala Deià, a small beach set in an attractive cove where local artists continue the Graves tradition of naked swimming and long parties at weekends. There are two restaurants here, with fresh fish as their speciality although they are only open during the summer season. There are also lots of art exhibitions, hiking and history to explore.
