The villa is unique for its sustainable values as well as energy and eco-friendly features advocated as much throughout. For instance, guests will love the entire flooring in cocciopesto material which is a compound made from hydraulic lime and crushed bricks, and applaud the use of solar panels to heat water. There are 6 rooms in total to host a maximum of 11 guests throughout its 2-storey building. Arched walls and wooden beam ceilings create conviviality and warmth in the indoors, while outside, guests could savor superb views either on the sunny terrace or beautiful garden spot.
There are6 bedrooms at Villa La Regolina that can host up to 11 guests maximum. They are designed with their own ensuite bathrooms each, rendering guests with privacy and also convenience. Of these 6 rooms, only 1 of them is a single bedroom that is located on the ground floor of the villa, while the rest are all fitted with double bedding and are found on the 1st floor. The Master Bedroom has its own bathtub and also a small terrace extension outside for its occupants to admire the beauty and the views outdoors; the rest of other bathrooms are fitted with shower rooms.

One of the defining traits is how the house walks the talk with sustainability as it has been made as eco-friendly and energy-friendly as possible. With its all white walls and thick wooden ceiling beams, they radiate a certain airy and breezy vibe, while showcasing the spaces at their best, be it the living hall, the dining room or even the kitchen with its farmhouse-style design and furnishings from the choice of chirpy yellow for its walls here to the use of materials that leave a lasting impression.
The housekeeping team performs 9 hours of compulsory cleaning services per week, which is already included as part of the stay package. Complimentary WiFi Internet and baby beds are provided for guests, while they can also request for support with arrangements of day trips to one of the many beautiful Ligurian attractions and sites.
Guests at Villa La Regolina can conveniently walk to the seaside thanks to the strategic position that overlooks the Gulf of Levanto, as well as to the village of Levanto which is a 1.5km stretch teeming with restaurants, bars, dive and surf shops and spots for such water activities. The Levanto village is also close to Cinque Terre that is famed for wines of the area and villages that are reachable via boat, e-bike or long walks. There are also great trekking paths for outdoor enthusiasts, and the villa itself is also a base from which guests can explore many other beautiful Ligurian attractions and towns including Lucca, Florence or Pisa.
