Nestled amidst the lush green rice fields in Kerobokan, lies the charming Little Manao- a four-bedroom villa that combines luxurious living with traditional Balinese warmth. Its location in a quiet lane makes it a perfect escape from the crowds in more urban locations. Guests get to enjoy the peace and quiet of Little Mannao while being a stone’s throw away from popular tourist attractions. Batubelig Beach, Seminyak and Canggu can all be reached within 15 minutes by car. With its alang-alang hatch and Joglo style roofs, Little Mannao is a perfect summer escape into island style living. The villa can be booked either as a three or four bedroom residence and is a perfect rental choice for both families or friends travelling together.
The four bedrooms of Little Mannao are tastefully designed with a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and Balinese design sentiments. The master suite has sweeping views of the swimming pool and has a king sized bed with decadent canopies. The room has an attached en suite with a shower alcove and a sunken bathtub. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a nursery for families travelling with infants. If required, this multi-purpose room can be converted into a children’s room or an adult’s room by the addition of suitable beds.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located in separate pavilions. One of them has a king sized bed, whereas the other is equipped with two twin sized ones. Both the bedrooms are air conditioned and have en suites equipped with required amenities. An outdoor shower located in a secluded garden joining the two bedrooms is an added attraction.
The outdoors of Little Mannao are a great place for relaxation. A 11-metre long well maintained swimming pool is the star attraction of this villa. With a wall of attractive green foliage on one side and sun-deck chairs on the other, the guests can enjoy a beautiful tropical experience without even leaving the villa if they want. Another added attraction is the poolside gazebo. With its thatched roofs, mosquito nets and reading lights, the gazebo allows guests to have a little time to read by themselves or even steal a kiss or two.
Little Mannao has inviting living areas designed with Balinese elements. The main pavilion has two dining areas. With its wide double doors, open floor plan and traditional Joglo inspired structure, the living areas blend in modern and traditional design sensibilities very effortlessly. The openness of the indoor lounges make them a great place to relax and unwind after a swim in the pool or a day trip to the tourist spots.
A fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area is stocked with refrigerators, oven, utensils, cutlery and stove-top. Hence you are in luck if you want to whip up a quick snack.
Little Mannao boasts of an extremely courteous staff. The regular staff consists of a housekeeper, the gardener, the pool attendant and a 24-hours watchman. Moreover, the guests can also request the services of the chef, babysitter, a chauffeur, a laundry assistant and even a spa therapist if required. The villa also arranges for a scooter and a car on rent.
Thus, the guests can easily avail conveyance for nearby tourist spots.
Although surrounded by the beautiful paddy fields of Kerobokan, guests can easily drive to the bustling city of Seminyak. While at Seminyak, one can head over to the Eat street for a taste of authentic Balinese cuisine. With a plethora of restaurants and cafes, it has a lot to offer. A stroll by the Seminyak beaches and a stint in the many different clubs of Seminyak like La Plancha, Potato Head and Ku de ta will be a perfect addition to any Balinese vacation.
