In a tranquil countryside location yet close enough to the beach of Puerto Pollensa, stands a villa that oozes charisma and personality thanks to its architectural design and built. Villa Roman features stone-hemmed walls for its facade, and other traditional elements like high wood-beamed ceilings, polished wooden furniture, and gilt-framed landscape paintings that lend it the farmhouse vibe and theme all around. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, it sleeps up to 6 occupants. The inside of the house is made up of a lot of wooden furniture, furnishings and paneling against red-tiled flooring, while its outdoor grounds come with a swimming pool, garden and a barbecue area that is hard to beat, all while the richness and eclectic combination of countryside decor and furnishings tastefully come to live.
The 3 bedrooms of Villa Roman sleep 6 guests. The rooms are configured as 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. In all the rooms, the owners made great effort in enriching them with thoughtful furnishings, colorful curtains and bedsheets, wooden wardrobes, side desks and cabinets, as well as pretty wooden-framed windows to let the outdoors and sunshine in.
The front of the villa is where a rectangular swimming pool sits, surrounded by well-manicured lawns. A row of sunbeds are within the perimeter of the lawn for guests to lie back and chill out. What is perhaps the utmost highlight is the BBQ area that comes with a sheltered dining terrace complete with an alfresco sink and food preparation surface top for guests to not only whip up meals alfresco-style but also have all the amenities on hand to do so.
Inside the house within this 277 sq meters of built-up space, guests will be inspired by its all-round farmhouse ambiance featuring high wooden-beamed ceilings, polished wooden furniture, gilt-framed landscape paintings and all the little decorative and thoughtful items that certainly dress the villa into what it aims to project and evoke. The open-plan living hall sits adjacent to the dining area, while large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors enable rays of sun to stream in. Just behind the dining spot is where the well-equipped kitchen is built with all its wooden elements and host of amenities for great cookouts.
Disinfection is performed by staff for guests staying at Villa Roman, with mid-stay cleanings and final cleaning included. Internet access is also provided for guests. Other optional services that guests can request are like the change of bed linens every 7 days, baby high chair and cot / crib, laundry and ironing service depending on season, and an electric car for hire at additional charges.
Villa Roman may be located in a serene countryside spot but is no less convenient to get to the fine-sand beach that skims Puerto Pollensa, only within a 15-minute drive out.
