Nestled within an exclusive private estate in the north of Sardinia is the stunning Villa Jolanda. It sits in a lush parkland of a self-contained community with security, eateries and even beach on-site! The villa comprises six spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, vast grassy garden, indoor kitchen, open plan living and dining area, gorgeous private pool, al-fresco dining areas, and an outdoor kitchen to boot, a fantastic option for those travelling in large groups of family or friends. The private estate is in a relatively quiet unspoiled area of Sardiania yet within easy access to many towns such as Santa Teresa di Gallura, Costa Smeralda and Costa Paradiso. This villa is an ideal place to stay for those yearning for a relaxing escapade.
The six luxuriously furnished bedrooms have ample space to sleep up to 11 persons, spread across two floors. On the ground floor you’ll find the family room with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom and a double bedroom while 4 other bedrooms are located on the first floor. The Master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a queen bed, premium mattress and silky linens for a good night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and is fitted with high quality bathtub, shower, vanities and toiletries for your comfort. Additionally, guests can gain direct access to the vast garden. All 3 remaining bedrooms also have garden access, with 2 of them having beautifully fitted en-suite bathrooms.
The outdoors of the house is amazing. Nestled on secured grounds, the vast green carefully pruned garden gives a sense of serenity while its gorgeous private pool tempts you to dive in its calming waters surrounded by ultra comfortable sun-loungers & hammocks to relax the whole day. A highlight of the garden is none other than the panoramic sea views. In the evenings head up to the rooftop terrace for a drink and enjoy the panoramic sea views and watch the beautiful Tuscan sunset. There are also pruned lawns, al-fresco dining areas, outdoor shower and even an outdoor kitchen all within the outdoor space.
If you fancy some adrenaline pumping sports, there is a football pitch for a game or two while table-tennis and table-football are also great options. There’s also a pizzeria, a high-quality restaurant and a clubhouse for snacks and drinks, convenient for those lazy days within the villa.
The house is bright and airy with amazing views of the lush green lawns and the calming sea. The open plan living and dining area housed on the first floor of this charming home makes a great spot to come together for meals or entertainment on the large tv while enjoying the plush sofas in the huge living room. A large sliding door provides quick access outside. The rustic-style kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, stove, hob, blender, toaster, coffee machine and microwave, simplyfying meals preparation. A large floor to ceiling sliding door provides easy access to the outdoor space - a breeze when hosting parties!
Our concierge always goes over and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Cleaning services are provided for 4 hours once a week. You can park your car securely and safely in the garage which can fit 2 cars onsite. Should you need additional services such as childcare/babysitting, private chef, food catering for parties, airport transfers, catamaran rental, chauffeur service, local tours and additional cleaning, our friendly concierge team will be more than happy to help with making arrangements for a nominal fee.
It is understandable that with such convenience you won’t want to get out of the villa. The region is known for its beaches, beautiful coves and sports. For beach bums, a lovely unspoiled beach is a mere 150 m from the villa- literally beach-front!. While a few kilometres away you’ll find lovely coves. Nearby is a village offering horse-riding, fishing and water-sports if you fancy some sports. One of Sardinia’s best loved beaches, Costa Paradiso is approximately 15km away dotted with great shops, cafes and restaurants. If you are a seafood lover, well, the seafood restaurants are some of the best on the island, so make sure you get a taste of it. Santa Teresa di Gallura is another beautiful seaside town worth visiting, just under an hour drive. Go on a full day boat excursion from Santa Teresa to explore the archipelago of La Maddalena, a beautiful collection of islands. Some of Sardania’s best-loved locations are over an hour by car and worth the long drive. Costa Smeralda, one of the most popular areas on the island has spectacular beaches surrounded by up-market shops and eateries. If a vibrant city is what you prefer then try Olbia for its piazzas, historic churches, medieval monuments, galleries and museums as well as places to dine.
