Villa Verat is a massive and exceptionally charming home seated on a vast piece of land, in Ibiza. It has recently been restored, merging a traditional and historical construction with lush, sleek, contemporary design and areas. Without a doubt, this huge property is perfect for large groups of travellers as it boast 6 elegantly designed bedrooms, 4 huge bathrooms, spacious living room, large dining area, fully-fitted modern kitchen , vast terraces, private pool, mobile coal barbecue, Balinese daybed, beautiful garden, pond, private sauna and many more, fit to accommodate up to 12 persons. It’s unbelievable that this beautiful home, surrounded by nature, including trees and shrubbery is just a stone’s throw away from built-up towns and cities, affording you maximum enjoyment and de-stressing opportunity.
Downstairs there are three lovely bedrooms with snazzy decor, one of which is an en-suite with a plush king-size bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower while another has an ultra comfy king-size bed and access to the patio and the last one comes with a snuggly king-size bed.
Three further bedrooms are housed upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a cosy king-size bed, air conditioning, access to a private terrace and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed with a fireplace, air conditioning and en-suite with bathtub and walk-in shower and another bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
Step onto lush outdoor space to enjoy an assortment of areas and facilities. The large covered terrace with comfortable seats and table for ten is the ideal spot for al-fresco dining or to serve meals from grilled foods, prepared on the coal barbecue while digesting it, all from the comfort of the sun loungers and deck chairs! Take to the Balinese bed and have a siesta, in true Spanish style or escape from the heat in the outdoor swimming pool.
Recline on the plush sofas as sunlight floods the room during the day and in the evening curl up to a movie on the satellite television in the cosy lounge area with fireplace & access to the patio that beckons to you to come together. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle & juicer where you will be able to whip up amazing meals in a jiffy. A nook with cushioned seating, allows you to wait on spreads or sip in drinks in this room, or serve prepared feasts on the wooden classy table and chairs that stand in the dining area, again basked by divine sunlight through massive windows!
There is also a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and a sauna where they sweat out their toxins for convenience and comfort.
The villa’s friendly staff will also help to arrange for any extras to make it a memorable holiday for you and your family. The villa is surrounded by numerous conveniences and attractions. A short walk will take you to La Mesa Escondida Restaurant (1km) for yummy Mediterranean fares and then if you feel like enjoying some music and drinks there is El Crude Bar(1km) nearby. Spar supermarket (1km) is also around the corner if you missed out on ingredients for meal preparation.
As the villa is situated in the heart of the island, means you can easily explore its four corners. However, a car is essential to explore further than the vicinity of the villa. Ibiza is well-known as the largest party spot across the globe, so if you are a party-goer do check out the many trendy night spots. The island also boasts an array of cultural sights and some of the most beautiful views across the continent, untouched and preserved.
Some of the places worthy of visit include the quaint village of San Rafeal where you can tuck into sumptuous authentic Spanish cuisine in the small town after exploring the many historical sites. A 15-minutes scenic drive into Playa d’en Bossa, the island’s longest beach offering white stretches of sand and sparkling blue sea.
