It is surrounded by beautiful Mediterenean gardens and gorgeous panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. All its bedrooms ooze warmth and traditional comfort with rich wood and terracotta floorings, spread across the vast interior space. Given that its rooms are spread out across just a single floor makes it the ideal choice for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
The en-suite master room is spacious and extremely cosy. The large plush double wooden bed with premium mattress is so comfortable that it makes it so easy to fall asleep while the spacious bathroom comes with a bath to soak away your aches as well as high quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities. Your very own fireplace keeps you warm while sleeping and the large floor to ceiling door provides private access into the wonderful patio space.
There are also 3 further bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a large double bed while the remaining two have two single beds.
Outside you’ll find lush beautifully pruned lawns and lovely plants seated amidst the property’s mature garden. The splendid L-shaped swimming pool with two depths, one shallow and perfect for the little ones and the other deeper for swimming beckons you. You can also soak up the sun or enjoy your holiday reading on the sun loungers, parasols and daybeds that surround the pool. For total relaxation, sip a glass of wine while relaxing in the fantastic hot tub.
The vast internal spaces exudes comfortable vibes starting with its ample living area with an ultra plush sofas where you can sit and just relax over a glass of wine while enjoying a movie on the satellite tv while being kept warm by the open fireplace especially on colder evenings. Further inside you’ll get to experience what it's like to prepare meals in a traditional farmhouse kitchen that is equipped with modern appliances. Within the kitchen space is also a small dining area. Off the kitchen, is a mezzanine floor where you’ll find a lovely covered terrace to enjoy al-fresco dining or chilling out.
The villa’s friendly and professional concierge team will be happy to help arrange extra services, like maid service/extra cleaning, private chef/cook/catering , welcome hamper/pre-stocked fridge, local day-trips or tours, airport transfers or babysitting/childcare services to make your stay a memorable one. These additional services do come with additional costs.
There are many fantastic places to visit in the surrounding area, some of within easy walking distance such as the quiet village of San Rafeal (650m), La Belle Ibiza Restaurant (600m), Bar Es Cruce (600m) and Spar supermarket (750m) where you can conveniently get access to amenities, food and essentials or try your hands on pottery since San Rafeal is known for that.
Given Villa Xul’s countryside setting, the lovely mountain views offer calm and tranquility. It is also near two of the island’s super-clubs Previlege and Amnesia. Furthermore, its central location makes it easy to explore the entire island. Head south-west to the Cala Conta coastline famous for its stunning sunset views and awesome beaches like the gorgeous Port d’es Torrent, one of Ibiza’s hidden gems. The east coast resorts of Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia are definitely worth visiting.
The popular tourist resort area of San Antonio which has a lively and colourful vibe is lined with sunset cafes, glitzy bars and legendary nightclubs, to experience some of Ibiza’s nightlife scene that is much talked about across the world. Here you can go on boat excursions, have a boat party or even try out watersports. Party goers can check the super clubs of Es Paradis and Eden and a famous pool party venue, Ibiza Rocks Hotel.
Other areas worthy to visit include San Augustin dubbed the prettiest village in Ibiza, untouched by modern tourism with delightful small neighbourhood bars and whitewashed church where one can enjoy scenic views of San Jose hills and lush open countryside from the church square. A total contrast from both Ibiza town and San Antonio. Time permitting, head south-west to visit the fabulous Parc Natural des Ses Salines, where salt production had been carried out for hundreds of years, forming the area's unique landscapes. If you visit between August and October, do not miss the sightings of pink flamingos that number in hundreds visiting the wetlands for the winter.
