Built in a quiet cul-de-sac in a sought-after residential area and near to beautiful and breathtaking beaches, Modern Bendinat is a stylish and modern 4-bedroom property with ample spaces to retreat to for exquisite privacy. The clean lines, light wood, indirect ceiling skylight and subtle colours create a light and relaxing ambience is something you will never get tired of waking up to each morning of your stay here. With all the beautiful scenaries and exciting locations in the beautiful region of Mallorca you will have a hard time deciding on the activities and places to visit that are nearby. This makes an ideal getaway spot for a family or small gathering of friends.
A beautiful staircase connects the sparse living spaces to the first floor, which houses 4 exquisitely furnished bedrooms. An additional 5th bedroom is available in the basement, adjacent to the gym, sauna, garage and utility room. All the bedrooms are en-suite, fitted with a large wardrobe where guests can conveniently store their belongings. Two of the bedrooms have sea views while occupants of the masterbedroom have access to a private terrace and walk-in dressing room, adding to the opulence of this home.
The outdoor areas are exceptional. The divinely long swimming pool is complemented by super comfortable sun-loungers with ultra-modern parasols awaits to welcome you. Around the exterior, guests will find delightful spots to read a book, lounge in the sun or relax with a glass of good Spanish wine, you will definitely be more than tempted to have your meals out here or even doze off under the sunlight or the starry night sky. A barbecue area is provided next to the pool where you can grill meats to your own liking. Meanwhile, the furnished rooftop terrace makes a wonderful spot to appreciate the Spanish sunset and the beautiful vistas.
Once you step into this property, you are greeted by the appealing colours of subtle shades and the minimalist style decor. The villa is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor is the warm and spacious living area beautifully furnished with plush sofas and armchairs where guests can enjoy a movie or two on the large satellite TV while relaxing. The large floor to ceiling glass sliding door provides direct access to the exuberant terrace/yard. The cosy open-plan dining area is good for 8 people. Its ultra-modern fully-equipped bulturp kitchen is ready for meals preparations of any sort. The lovely country style central courtyard which can be accessed through the living room, dining area and kitchen is amazing. The property is completely air-conditioned, great for those warm summer days. For guests convenience, it is also installed with a lift from the basement to the ground and first floor while the floor has underfloor heating which is especially useful during colder months. That’s not all, guests can also get access to a well-equipped fitness room/gym, sauna, laundry/utility room and garage which can fit 3 cars, in the basement.
The villa’s professional team ensures you have a memorable stay at Modern Bendinat. As such, they will be more than happy to help with any additional services/needs, such as babysitting/childcare, private chef/catering for parties, extra cleaning, airport transfers, grocery shopping, pre-stocked fridge, tour arrangements and airport transfers amongst others. These services are charged separately. A garage with enough space for 3 cars is also provided on-site.
The villa itself is seated within a popular, prime and affluent residential enclave, home to numerous luxury properties. Beach-bum will be delighted to have the beautiful Cala Portals Nous Beach within range(approximately 600 m) whilst about 1km away is Cidon Supermarket where guests’ can stock up on necessities. Those preferring to dine and wine outside of the villa, Lila Portals Restaurant and Roxy Beach Bar is 2km from here. For those into tennis and golfing, both the Sporting Club Bendinat and Real Golf Benadit are less than 3 kms away.
Further on is Palma city, Mallorca’s capital, a vibrant lively city dotted with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants and cafes, interesting shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. Palm city is often compared to Barcelona and is within a 15-minute ride from the airport. Perfect for those looking for a good city-break.
Time permitting, Port Andratx (28.8km), a stylish port 5km from Andratx town and considered one of the loveliest harbours in the Mediterranean with a sizable, well-maintained yacht club offering 450 berths is worth visiting. It is not only a working fishing port, it is known as the playground for the rich and famous. Here you can sit outside one of the many cafes and bars watching the bustle of maritime life. There are 2 small beaches in the area. The bigger ones are not too far away complemented by excursions, luxury spas and golf.
Tucked around the corner of Port Andratx is the lovely Cala Llamp Bay, 25 km away, offering the most stunning views in Mallorca. Surrounded by the stunning Tramuntana mountains creating high cliffs all round, which leads to the formation of crescent bay with calm clear water, suited for those not into sunbathing but swimming in the cool waters and exploring the rock pools, suited for the entire family’s enjoyment.
