The city is so well-preserved that establishment from way back Portuguese and Dutch colonial periods are still very much apparent.\u00a0Here in this <a href=\"https:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/list\/451\">UNESCO World Heritage Site<\/a> is where you will find the famous Galle lighthouse a.k.a. the perfect spot to catch the world-renowned Sri Lanka sunset.
